本研究旨在探討探討餐旅群高中職教師轉型領導、情緒勞務、職業倦怠變項之間的關係。 本研究利用結構式問卷訪談的方式,以便冺抽樣法針對高雄市各所公私立高中職進行問卷發放,共發放380份,回收365份,有效回收率達91%。研究發現如下:一、在高雄市餐旅群高中職教師中,轉型領導之實現願景顯著性影響情緒勞務與職業倦怠。二、主動關懷顯著性影響情緒勞務與職業倦怠。三、轉型領導之魅力影響會有顯著性影響情緒勞務。四、激勵支持會有顯著性影響職業倦怠。五、智能發展會有顯著性影響職業倦怠。六、女性比貣男性對於校長之轉型領導、情緒勞務以及職業倦怠會有更多的顯著差異性。
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships among Transformational Leadership, Emotional labor, Burnout of the professional hospitality teacher in vocational high schools. The measurement model within the theoretical structural equation model, there are total fourteen hypothesized paths tested. Meanwhile, this study adopted demographic analysis as criteria to practice and compared theses differences among the transformational leadership of the influence on emotional labor, burnout of the professional hospitality teachers in vocational high schools. The study was conducted by the convenience sampling method and structural questionnaires were sent at the professional hospitality teachers in all public private vocational high schools in Kaohsiung. There were 380 copies of questionnaires for the professional hospitality teachers in vocational high schools, Respectively. At the Kaohsiung, there were 365 copies of questionnaires were returned. Retrieved valid rate was 91%. The results of this study showed as follow: (1). the professional hospitality teachers in vocational high schools in Kaohsiung, visionary practice of transformational leadership are positively related to emotional labor, burnout .(2). the professional hospitality teachers in vocational high schools in Kaohsiung, active consideration of transformational leadership are positively related to emotional labor, burnout . (3).the professional hospitality teachers in vocational high schools in Kaohsiung, the charisma of transformational leadership are positively related to emotional labor . (4). the professional hospitality teachers in vocational high schools in Kaohsiung, the stimulative inspiration of transformational leadership are positively related to burnout . (5) the professional hospitality teachers in vocational high schools in Kaohsiung, intellectual development of transformational leadership are positively related to burnout . (6). There are significant differences in female than male among transformational leadership of the schoolmaster, emotional labor, burnout in the professional hospitality teachers in vocational high schools in Kaohsiung.
