微型餐飲業創業精神、創業能力與創業績效關係之研究

摘要


本研究主旨在探討微型餐飲業者創業精神、創業能力與創業績效之間的關係。引用Miller與Lumpkin & Dess所提出的創業精神之「創新性」、「預應性」、「自主性」、「風險承擔性」、「競爭積極性」五構面,並彙整微型餐飲業者應具備的創業能力之「專業能力」、「財務能力」、「顧客關係能力」,分析其對創業績效的影響效果,以及比較不同個人背景的創業者,在創業績效上的差異性。 在實證研究方面,以高雄地區之微型餐飲業者為研究對象,經抽樣300家,以發放問卷方式透過創業者的填答資料來驗證本研究觀念性架構及所推論之假設,回收有效樣本196份,經量化驗證後發現:1.「創業精神」對於「創業績效」具有不同影響效果。2.「創業能力」除了「財務能力」在「整體滿意」上不具影響效果外,其餘「專業能力」、「顧客關係能力」在「創業績效」有顯著影響效果。3.不同「婚姻」狀況與「開業年資」的創業者,在創業績效上有顯著差異。

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial capacity and entrepreneurial performance of micro food and beverage entrepreneurs. This research used the five entrepreneurship dimensions developed by Miller, Lumpkin and Dess, including, “innovativeness”, “proactiveness”, “autonomy”, “risk-taking”, and “competitive aggressiveness”, combined it with crucial entrepreneurial capacities of micro food and beverage entrepreneurs, namely, “professional competence”, “financial capability”, and “customer relationship capabilities”, analyzed its impact on entrepreneurial performance, and compared the differences of entrepreneurial performance between entrepreneurs with varied backgrounds In light of empirical research, primary data was collected through questionnaires filled out by micro food and beverage entrepreneurs in the Kaohsiung area in order to verify the conceptual framework of this study and the corollary assumptions. 300 questionnaires were distributed, and 196 valid samples were aggregated. Key findings were obtained through quantified validation: 1. “entrepreneurship” has different effects on “entrepreneurial performance”. 2. Apart from “financial capability” which didn’t statistically influenced “overall satisfaction”, other entrepreneurial capacities of “professional competence” and “customer relationship capabilities” have significant effects on “entrepreneurial performance”. 3. Entrepreneurs with varied “marital status” and “years of business operation” have significant differences in entrepreneurial performance.
