文化衝擊、跨文化適應對海外實習滿意度之研究 ─ 以國立高雄餐旅大學海外實習生為例

摘要

本研究目的在於瞭解海外實習生文化衝擊、跨文化適應對海外實習滿意度的影響，同時想瞭解跨文化適應對文化衝擊與海外實習滿意度是否具有中介效果。本研究以國立高雄餐旅大學曾於海外實習一年的學生為研究對象，採用便利抽樣法，先以描述性統計了解樣本的結構，再以相關分析及因素分析瞭解文化衝擊、跨文化適應與海外實習滿意度個構面之相關性及信效度，最後則以階層迴歸分析文化衝擊、跨文化適應對海外實習滿意度的影響。本研究結論與建議，可以提供校內相關科系、學生以及實習單位在學校海外實習實提供所需之資源，以協助學生在海外的適應，強化海外上的學習以及增加國際競爭力。

The major purpose of this study is to understand the influence of culture chock and cross-culture adjustment on overseas intership satisfaction. This study surveys on students who studied abroad for 1 year in National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality And Tourism, using a coveneice sampling method. First, the descriptive statistics about the structure sample, the second, factor analysis and correlation analysis were conducted to examine the dimenstions of culture shock and cross-culture adjustment trust and correlation. Finally, hierarchical multiple regression analysis was used to examine the influence of culture shock and cross-culture adjustment on overseas intern satisfaction. According to the empirical results, this paper could provide all kinds of resources to students major in hospitality management before their overseas adaption, enhance academic performance, and increase international competitiveness.
