The major purpose of this study is to understand the influence of culture chock and cross-culture adjustment on overseas intership satisfaction. This study surveys on students who studied abroad for 1 year in National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality And Tourism, using a coveneice sampling method. First, the descriptive statistics about the structure sample, the second, factor analysis and correlation analysis were conducted to examine the dimenstions of culture shock and cross-culture adjustment trust and correlation. Finally, hierarchical multiple regression analysis was used to examine the influence of culture shock and cross-culture adjustment on overseas intern satisfaction. According to the empirical results, this paper could provide all kinds of resources to students major in hospitality management before their overseas adaption, enhance academic performance, and increase international competitiveness.
