我國高等餐旅教育發展不到十年,但科系卻急速增加,在課程設計與教師教學效能上一直深受學者關注,由於多元入學實施,非餐旅相關科系學生人數比例日益增加,可能因課程銜接的一貫性,會造成大一學生學習適應上的問題。本研究目的在比較餐旅管理系學生不同相關背景在學習適應與學習成就上的差異性,並進一步探討學習適應對學習成就的影響。研究對象為技職校院日間部四年制餐旅管理系大一學生,採問卷調查法,共發出410份問卷,回收347份有效問卷,回收率約85%。資料分析方式以獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、交叉分析與區別分析進行研究探討。研究結果發現:學生具有付出應有努力且能專心致力於作業表現上的認知,會影響其學習成就;其次,前一學制具有餐旅相關背景學生在課堂出席的頻率與掌握餐旅最新資訊的認知會比非餐旅相關背景學生高。
In less than a decade of the development of Hospitality Education in Taiwan, the related departments have been increasing rapidly. The course design and the teaching efficacy are always two important issues to scholars and researchers. While the implement of Multiple Enrollment Program, non-hospitality related departments’ students have been increasing gradually. However, they are prone to have the problem of learning adaptation because of the incoherence of curriculum. This study aims to find out if students’ with different learning backgrounds have different levels of learning adjustment and learning achievement. Moreover, in this research, the possibility of predicting students’ learning achievement by their learning adaptation is expected to be discovered. The research was based on the 410 questionnaires collected from freshmen in hospitality management departments, in which only 15% of the questionnaires were invalid. The result shows that students who put more effort in learning and devote themselves in performance have higher learning achievement. In addition, students with hospitality related learning background have higher attendance in class and know more about the newest hospitality information than those without hospitality related learning background.
