摘要

早年家庭中父母與子女的關係，會影響到該父母年邁時子女照顧意願，隨著關係疏離、社會變遷與家庭結構改變，在老年人口逐漸增加的台灣，許多老人「遺棄」案件不斷的被討論與重視。台灣的老人保護社會工作直接服務者，在面對此議題之成年子女與晚年父母工作之時，需要長期良性互動與有技巧性的服務處遇介入，給予晚年父母良好照顧之外，亦給予成年子女在照顧方面有所支持與協助，共同檢視照顧議題。
本研究之研究目的欲了解早年家庭的子女與父母互動關係導致於該父母晚年照顧議題之外，也期望藉由此研究得知老人保護之晚年父母與成年子女所需的社會資源與期待被社會對待、社會工作者相互工作的模式，並且透過研究者整理研究參與者所提供之資料進行分析，產生之研究結果，提供具體的社會政策、實務與學術上之建議，讓大眾對於此老人遺棄之議題有更多的認識。
研究者以質性研究為主要研究方式，進行深度的訪談，共計訪談8位，而研究者將研究參與者所提供之訪談內容，進行整理、分析後，研究結果發現：
一、 家庭中早年父母與子女互動關係具有重要性。
二、 早年與子女互動不佳之晚年父母，排斥成年子女履行照顧責任與義務。
三、 面對遺棄照顧歷程中，社會工作者扮演資源給予者與陪伴者重要角色。
四、 不論成年子女或晚年父母面對照顧議題，認為「經濟」的協助與他人「精神」的陪伴皆不可缺。
五、 使用法律力量保障自己不履行照顧責任仍是可恥的，成年子女在使用法律亦是被動性的。
六、 早年家庭關係不佳之老年家庭與一般老年家庭所需之需求仍具有差異。
依據上述研究發現，研究者建議遺棄議題在政策上仍需適時被調整，實務面上工作方向建議，以及學術面上的改革與提倡之重要性。

The early family relationships which parents on their children, will care for elderly parents life impact willingness. The elderly population is increased in Taiwan, parents and children alienated、social change and changes in family structure, "abandoned" are constantly being discussed and attention. Elderly services social worker, with adult children and their parents working, a good interact and a good intervene, to give parents better later years care and support adult children, joint to view to take care of issues.
Research purposes want to know the interaction between children and parents early relationships lead parents to take care of issues, it’s also expected that by this research and look forward the resources needed for social protection of later years elderly parents and of adult children are treated society, social workers work with each other modes.
Researcher collation data provided by interviewees for social policies, practices and academic proposal to allow the public to know the old man abandoned the message and knowledge.
Researchers use qualitative research, by in-depth interviews survey, interviews with a total of eight respondents. The study found：
1. Interaction with relationship parents and children in the importance of early family.
2. Early family relationship is not good with their children early old age parents, of adult children performed rejection care responsibilities and obligations.
3. Abandonment issues, social workers are resource provider and the important roles companion.
4. Adult children and their parents face of old age to take care issues, about "economic" and "spirit" support all not indispensable.
5. Use legal to safeguard their own responsibility does not fulfill care is shameful, that adult child using legal action is passivity.
6. The early family relationships was intense and the general older family still have differences needed.
With study found, the researcher suggestions policy approach of abandoned issues need to adjust, implementation of the recommendations Social Work, academic reforming and initiatives actions.
