協助學生順利就業是大學教育重要目標之一,但主計處發現近幾年來大學畢業生的失業率已高於高中畢業生,故大學生的就業問題值得探討。本研究旨在分析大專畢業生的工作動機、就業力、工作滿意之現況與比較不同個人屬性的大專畢業生於工作動機與就業力的差異,並深入探究大專畢業生的工作動機與就業力對其工作滿意所造成的影響。本研究以臺灣高等教育整合資料庫之94學年度大專畢業生畢業一年後之流向調查為樣本,運用描述性統計、平均數比較與羅吉斯迴歸進行分析,重要發現包括:1.大專畢業生的工作動機著重於保健因子、自我知覺具備職場就業力、普遍滿意其工作;2.女性與藍領階級家庭的大專畢業生,其工作動機趨向保健因子,專業知能與職涯規劃仍需加強;3.大專畢業生工作動機之保健因子負向影響工作滿意,激勵因子則正向影響工作滿意;4.大專畢業生就業力之工作態度負向影響工作滿意,職涯歸劃則正向影響工作滿意。
Successfully employment is a important goal of university education. But the unemployment rate of college graduates was higher than high school graduates in recent years. The study aims to analyze the current status of work motivation, employability, and work satisfaction of college graduates, and study the relationships of work motivation, employability, and work satisfaction of college graduates. This study employed the method of descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA, and logistic regression to analyze the data, obtained from Taiwan Higher Education Database. Major findings of this study were as follows: 1.College graduates’ work motivation focused on the hygiene factors, self-perceived adequate employability, and satisfied with their jobs; 2.Female and labor-family-background college graduates’ work motivation stressed hygiene factors and had weak professional knowledge and career planning; 3.Hygienic work motivation showed a negative relationship with college graduates’ work satisfaction, whereas motivate work motivation showed a positive relationship; 4.Work attitude showed a negative relationship with college graduates’ work satisfaction, whereas career planning showed a positive relationship.
