This study surveyed 211 universities’ oversea volunteers from university who were actively involved in international service learning, to understand the relationship between motivation and self-efficacy. The results indicate that a significant difference between universities’ oversea volunteers’ background and their motivation such as gender, age, identity, school district, involved and whether the number of overseas service learning and cadres. The results also showed no significant difference between universities’ oversea volunteers’ background and their self-efficacy and that motivation had a positive significant relationship with self-efficacy.
