本研究旨在探討台灣中高齡學習者的休閒態度與活躍老化的關係,重點在於探討中高齡學習者休閒態度與活躍老化的現況、各背景變項之差異分析、休閒態度與活躍老化之關聯以及休閒態度對活躍老化之預測力。本研究採取自編的「休閒態度量表和活躍老化量表」,針對台北市縣社區大學、老人大學、長青學苑、樂齡學習中心等機構45歲以上的中高齡學習者,從事問卷調查,總計發出問卷一千份,回收有效問卷811份,採SPSS視窗12.0版,進行平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關與逐步回歸分析等統計分析,獲得如下結論: 一、中高齡者休閒態度之「自我發展」、「身心健康」、「社會利益」表現良好,在「生 活提昇」層面稍弱。 二、中高齡者活躍老化之「生活調適」表現良好,其次為「心理健康」、「社會互動」。 三、中高齡者休閒態度以女性、中齡者、大專以上、經濟充裕、健康良好者表現較好。 四、中高齡者活躍老化以女性、已婚、經濟充裕、健康情況良好者表現較好。 五、中高齡者休閒態度與活躍老化具有顯著正相關,以「社會利益」層面與活躍老化 整體的相關最高。 六、中高齡者休閒態度能有效預測活躍老化,以「社會利益」對「活躍老化整體」之 預測力最佳。休閒態度之「生活提昇」對活躍老化之「心理健康」、「社會互動」 最具預測力;休閒態度之「自我發展」對活躍老化之「生活調適」最具預測力。
This research discusses about the relationship between middle-aged learners’ leisure attitudes and active aging in Taiwan. The core of this paper consists of the exploration of the relationship between middle-aged learners’ leisure attitudes and active aging, the difference analysis of background variables, the relationship between leisure attitude and active aging, and forecasting capability of leisure attitude to active aging. This research uses self-designed “Leisure Attitude Degree Scale” and “Active Aging Degree Scale” for investigation to learners over 45 years old from Community Colleges, Senior Citizen Colleges, Elderly Colleges and Senior Active Learning and Resource Centers in Taipei. There were 1,000 questionnaires issued and 811 valid ones received. This research uses SPSS 12.0 Version for analyses of mean, standard deviation, t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlation and step-wise regression. This research proposes the conclusions as the following. 1. Middle-aged learners present great in leisure attitudes of “Self Development”, “Physical-Mental Health” and “Social Benefit”, but weak in “Life Improvement”. 2. Middle-aged learners present great in active aging of “Life Adjustment”, and good in “Mental Health” and “Social Interaction”. 3. Female, middle-aged, college graduate, well-off, and healthy learners present greater in leisure attitude than others. 4. Female, married, well-off, and healthy learners present greater in active aging than others. 5. There is a significant positive relation between leisure attitude and active aging, and “Social Benefit” has the highest relation to integral active aging. 6. Leisure attitude could validly forecast active aging. “Social Benefit” of leisure attitudes of has best forecast capability to integral active aging. “Life Improvement” of leisure attitudes has best forecast capability to “Mental Health” and “Social Interaction” of active aging. “Self Development” of leisure attitudes has best forecast capability to “Life Adjustment” of active aging.
