本研究旨在探討南投縣國中教師組織溝通與工作滿意度的關係。主要研究目的為下列四項:一、瞭解國中教師組織溝通與工作滿意度的現況。二、探討國中教師不同個人背景在組織溝通與工作滿意度之差異情形。三、探討組織溝通與工作滿意度之相關情形。四、根據研究結果分析與討論,提出增進南投縣國民中學教師組織溝通與工作滿意度之參考。 本研究之研究工具為參考相關文獻所編制之結構式問卷,問卷內容包含基本背景資料、組織溝通量表、工作滿意度量表。研究對象為南投縣國中教師,取樣共411人,有效樣本回收率為82%。所得問卷以SPSS12.0軟體,進行百分比、平均值、標準差、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、薛費式事後比較、Pearson積差相關以及多元迴歸分析等統計分析。 本研究之主要結論如下: 1.國中教師組織溝通的情形具備中上程度,尤其在「親師溝通」層面。 2.國中教師的工作滿意度具備中上程度,尤其在「工作本身」層面。 3.影響國中教師組織溝通的因素為性別、服務年資、擔任職務與學校地區。 4.影響國中教師工作滿意度的因素為年齡、服務年資與擔任職務。 5.組織溝通對於工作滿意度具有正相關,以「下行溝通」與「行政領導」的相關係數最高。 6.國中教師組織溝通對工作滿意度具有預測作用,其中以「下行溝通」最具預測力。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational communication and job satisfaction of junior high school teachers in Nantou County. The main purpose for following four items: (1)to realize the present situation of organizational communication and job satisfaction of junior high school teachers ;(2) to search on the differences of organizational communication and job satisfaction with different background variables of junior high school teachers ;(3) to search the relationship between organizational communication and job satisfaction;(4) according to the analyze and discuss conclusion of the research ,the reference is provided to improve the organizational communication and job satisfaction of junior high school teachers in Nantou County. The research tool employed here is a structural questionnaire based on the overseas and domestic researches. The structural questionnaire includes demographic data sheet, organization communication inventory. Participants were 411 from junior high school teachers in Nantou County. The response rate reached 82%. The data were processed by SPSS 12.0 with percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one way ANOVA, Scheffe post-hoc method and regression analysis. The major results of this study are described as follows: 1. The organizational communication of junior high school teachers is quite high, especially at the parent -teacher communication connotation. 2. The job satisfaction of junior high school teachers is quite high, especially at the work connotation. 3. The influencing factors of organizational communication include gender, academic degree, job position , and school area. 4. The influencing factors of job satisfaction include age, academic degree, and job position. 5. Organizational communication and job satisfaction has positive correlation. The highest correlation coefficient is the downward communication and the administrative leadership score. 6. Organizational communication and job satisfaction has predictive ability. Downward communication has the most significant predictive ability.
