本研究旨在探討偏遠地區國小校長執行力與學校效能之間的關係。研究方法係採問卷調查法,以我國偏遠地區國小校長為研究對象,以「偏遠地區國小校長執行力與學校效能之研究調查問卷」為工具,寄發351所樣本學校之偏遠地區國小校長進行調查,總計發出問卷351份,有效樣本219份,可用率62%。將資料以平均數、標準差、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析及Pearson積差相關等方法進行統計分析。根據分析結果與發現,歸納本研究結論為: 一、偏遠地區國小校長執行力屬於「高等」的程度。 二、偏遠地區國小校長學校效能,亦屬於「高等」的程度。 三、偏遠地區國小校長執行力與學校效能,皆不受年齡、學校所在地區等因素影響而有所差異。 四、偏遠地區國小校長執行力因服務年資不同,在人員流程有差異。 五、偏遠地區國小校長因性別、擔任校長年資、最高學歷及學校班級數等不同,在學生效能、行政效能及教師效能有差異。 六、提升偏遠地區國小校長執行力,有助於學校效能的發展。 最後,本研究依據上述研究結論提出相關建議,以供教育行政單位、國小校長及未來研究之參考。
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between principals Executive capability and School Effectiveness of Rural Primary Schools. The researcher used questionnaire survey method in this study and self-designed a questionnaire “the Relationship between Principals Executive Capability and School Effectiveness of Rural Primary Schools “ as the survey tool. Total 351 copies of questionnaire were sent to 351 sample primary schools in rural schools counties of Republic of China Taiwan . The usable questionnaires were 219, and the rate of usable questionnaires was 62%. The data were analyzed with the methods of Mean, Standard Deviation, T-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-moment Correlation. The results are as follows: 1. Principals of rural primary schools on executive capability was higher level. 2. Principals of rural primary schools on school effectiveness was higher level. 3. Among background variables, rural primary school principals’ executive capability and school effectiveness was not influenced by those ones: age, and region schools are located in. 4. Among background variables, principals of rural primary schools on executive capability about the people process was influenced by years of service. 5. Among background variables, principals of rural primary schools on student Effectiveness, Administration Effectiveness, and teacher Effectiveness was influenced by gender, years of principal , education background , and the numbers of classes. 6. To raise principals of rural primary schools on executive capability will help improve their school effectiveness. At last, the research provided suggestions for the education administrative authorities, and primary school principals in future researches.
