本研究旨在探討貧窮青少年學生生涯自我概念的情形及個人變項、家庭變項、學校變項對貧窮青少年學生生涯自我概念之影響。為達研究目的,本研究以立意抽樣法,抽取台中市、台中縣、南投縣、彰化縣、雲林縣、苗栗縣等60所公私立國中、高中、高職、及綜合高中學校在學貧窮青少年學生為研究對象,並以「家庭教育關聯資本對青少年學生生涯自我概念之影響調查表」為研究工具,實施問卷調查。 在正式問卷資料分析的階段,則分別進行描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、逐步多元迴歸分析。此外,並以AMOS 7.0 版統計軟體針對本研究所提出之路徑關係模式,進行模式整體以及內在結構之適配分析。經施測、資料統計分析後,得到以下結論: 一、貧窮青少年學生之社會資本、文化資本與生涯自我概念之整體平均情形屬中上程度。 二、部份不同個人背景變項之貧窮青少年學生在社會資本、文化資本與生涯自我概念具有顯著差異。 三、社會資本、文化資本與生涯自我概念之間具有顯著正相關。 四、「家庭教養」、「教育參與」、「社區連結」、「學習行為」與「代間封閉」等五個預測變項可正向預測生涯自我概念,其中以家庭教養的預測力為最大。 五、結構方程模式檢定顯示社會資本、文化資本對貧窮青少年學生生涯自我概念有顯著的影響。 本研究根據結論,對教育行政機關、教師、家長及未來研究提出建議。
The purpose of this study was to research the individual, familial and school factors that influence the career self-concept of poverty adolescent students. This study sampled subjects from a total of sixty schools including junior and senior high school, senior vocational and comprehensive high school students from Taichung City, Taichung, Nantou, Changhua, Yunlin and Miaoli County. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires entitled “The Influence of Family Education-Associated Capitals on the Career Self-concept of Adolescent Students of Poverty”. The statistic methods used to analyze the collected data were item-analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple-regression analysis. In addition, AMOS 7.0 was used to test the fit of the path correlation model. After data analysis, the conclusions could be summed up as follows: 1.The means of social capital, cultural capital and career self-concept of poverty adolescent students were considerably high. 2.The different background variables of poverty adolescent students were related to statistically significant differences in social capital, cultural capital and career self-concepts. 3.There were significant correlations amongst social capital, cultural capital and career self-concept. 4.“Family parenting”, “Parental Involvement”, “Community connections”, “Learning behavior”, and “Intergenerational closure” all positively predicted subjects’ career self-concepts, with “Family parenting” having the greatest predictive effect. 5.Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) showed that social capital and cultural capital have a remarkable influence on the career self concept of poverty adolescent students. Based on the conclusions, this study afforded suggestions for school administrators, teachers and parents as well as avenues for further research.
