知識管理於傳統產業之研究-以鍛造業為例

摘要


現今這個年代,由於全球化的激烈競爭之下,創新已成為企業必須面對的重要課題。然而伴隨著創新發展而來的是成本與風險。如何從外部獲取新技術來增強公司的創新能力更為關鍵的。組織與組織之間的合作與交易或轉換知識的手段都涉及到知識移轉與組織學習。因此,如何才能增強知識管理在傳統製造業的應用,這個議題值得本研究深入探討。 為了探究知識管理模式在傳統製造業裡的運用現況,本研究採用文獻探討法、對比研究法和個案研究法等研究方法進行深入性的探討。研究結果表明為了因應知識經濟的時代潮流,傳統製造業的企業認識到知識管理的重要性,透過知識管理的合理利用及完善的訓練、獎勵、評估等機制,可以使員工對公司的向心力更加凝聚,更易分享知識,創造出更有活力與學習力的組織。

Innovations have already become the important subject that enterprises must face due to globalize competitive pressure. But it is cost and risk that is following innovations. It is more important that how to obtain the new technology from the outside to improve innovation ability of the company now. The cooperation, trade, or switch of knowledge among organizations would involve in knowledge transferring as well as organization learning. How could enhance knowledge transfer ability and knowledge absorptive capacity? This topic is worth this research to study. This paper use case studies and Documentation Analysis to analyze and discuss the knowledge absorptive capacity and knowledge management model, and which exercise in practice. Findings show that traditional manufacturing industries have realized the importance of knowledge management in order to conform to the tendency of knowledge economy. Through the rational use of knowledge management and mechanisms of the perfect training, reward, assessment, we can make staffs have more and more centripetal force, easier to share knowledge, and we can create an organization which is more vital and own more learning capacity.
