不同黏度水性油墨與過網線數對柔版印刷品質特性之研究

摘要


摘要 柔版印刷在包裝印刷上應用非常廣泛,其中瓦楞紙箱的印刷因其特有性質-低成本及可回收的特性。瓦楞?箱的印刷技術主要是採用柔性版材為主要印刷方式,相較於傳統技術而言,柔性版印刷使得瓦楞紙箱印刷業者易於在紙箱上控制印刷的品質且對於印量大的印件也顯得更有經濟價值。此外,柔版印刷也能符合多數高檔圖文設計的需要,可經由高品質的多色印刷對其產品的外觀更能引起注視而有所加值。 本研究採2×3二因子實驗設計,探討柔性版印刷常用水性油墨的黏度高低與兩種過網線數對印刷品質的網點擴大、印刷反差的影響。2×3二因子設計可得6種不同的組合,所得數據以交叉比對分析,期能得到不同黏度油墨、過網線數之間的差異性。所印製樣張使色樣達標準規範下每組各印製150張於B楞紙板上,並將印製樣張從1至150予以編號,以系統抽樣方式每隔5張抽取1張當樣本,每組可抽取30印製樣本,6種組合共可抽取180張樣本,並使用分光密度儀來量測印刷樣張特定區域的10%、20%、30%、40%、50%、60%、70%、80%、90%、100%網點面積。 根據本實驗研究重要結果如下: 1. 以網點擴大為優先考量的印刷品質,在42線過網時應採用中、低黏度的水性油墨;在66線過網時則可採中、高黏度的水性油墨。 2. 以印刷反差為優先考量的印刷品質,42線及66線過網的柔性版印刷均採用低黏度的水性油墨為最佳。 3. 以50%網點擴大的印刷品質而言,過網線數對其有顯著的影響,而水性墨黏度或者過網線數&水性墨黏度的交叉比對均無顯著的影響。

Abstract Flexography is very broadly used in the printing package industries. Now the corrugated boxes will largely maintain market share due to their entrenched position, low cost and recyclability in the packaging. So flexography have also made it possible for manufacturers to reach a “direct to corrugated” print quality for large-scale print runs that rival traditional techniques, as well as being more economic. The flexography printing techniques satisfy the most sophisticated graphic design requirements. Corrugated board itself can also be decoratively printed to a very high standard with multi-colour printing, making the box more attractive, eye catching and enhancing shelf appeal. This study was to investigate how different viscosities of ink and screening lines influence flexography printing quality in terms of dot gain, printing contrast for corrugated board. In 2×3 factorials design we can get 6 combinations to compare to one another .The data can be obtained by the X-rite 530 spectrodensimeter to analyze, we can get the differences between inks and screening lines. There are 6 combinations, and each combination printed 150 sheets and every 5 sheets can be picked out one by systematic sampling for the measurement from 10% to100% dot areas. The data was recorded and analyzed by SPSS 13.0 statistical software. The results of the study show as follows: 1. The low viscosity water-based ink is the optimum one to reproduce halftone in 42lpi, The middle or high viscosity water-based inks are the optimum one to reproduce halftone in 66 lpi,. 2. The low viscosity water-based ink is the optimum one to increase the printing contrast ,in terms of printing contrast, both in 42lpi or 66lpi screening lines. 3. The line screening was greatly influence on the 50% dot area density, but there were no influences between ink viscosities and screening&viscosity factorials.
