The study describes the process that a woman fell in love with a married man but experienced the dominant compression by traditional values. Moreover, this study tries to deconstruct the stigma. The study adopts action research and life narrative as research methods. That is, the writer takes kinds of action praxis as well as some sorts of ways like “writing diaries for self dialogue”, “sharing texts for communicating to others” and “art creation” to explore how to deconstruct stigma compression and cure herself. Deeply, the writer reviews the institutions and mainstream (traditional) values. Owing to the examination, the writer empowers herself and leads to the changes of 'self identity' and 'emotional framework'. That is to say, the writer starts to understand that she does not have to evaluate herself by 'outside institutions and values' but she could follow 'inside self feelings'. Beside of all above, the writer emphasizes some issues inclusive of 'the effects of stigma', 'the process from deconstruction to reconstruction', 'the new definitions of insane behaviors' as well as ' the reflection of counselor'.
