The first interview, at a week after the program, designed to present the phenomenon of these participants’ body-mind experiences during the program and the influences from them. Second, one week after the program, the influences of the participants’ body, mind and life were: The participants’ experiences from the program were continued naturally. They could understand how to listen, respect, or relax their body. They could create a comfortable space for themselves. They felt the drive of sharing the program. They had received the help from the grater force outside. And they had some individual emotions and beliefs. The influences of these participants’ body and mind also affected their changes in daily life. They could express their needs, face to conflicts, and take the balance seriously when they interacted with people. The intimacy and stable between their families had been grown. They had more clarity when they interacted to people who were different gender. They also could integrate what they learned in the program into their work. Third, three months later, there were two different kinds of the participants’ continuous influences of their body, mind and life. One kind of participants who kept connection with their bodies could take care of their needs. They could create the opportunity to relax and feel comfortable. The calm inside could help them know the boundary with others. And they could also connect to other people, space, and exist naturally. But the other kind of participants who didn’t keep connection with their body was going back to the old habits of their body, mind and life style. Besides, keep practicing to listen to body, stay in the center and be present, is helping the influences continued. The conclusion of this study was: keep practicing “to connect to the resource inside the body’’ is an effective way of healing. Finally, there were some recommendations for those people who are interested in body-mind healing, the body-mind healing worker and other researchers.
