高雄縣某國中學生休閒滿意度、情緒調整與幸福感之相關研究

摘要


摘要 本研究旨在探討高雄縣某國中學生休閒滿意度、情緒調整與幸福感之間的相關情形。研究目的有五:1、瞭解研究對象的社會人口學變項、休閒滿意度、情緒調整與幸福感的情形。2、探討在不同社會人口學變項中,研究對象在休閒滿意度、情緒調整和幸福感的差異情形。3、探討研究對象的休閒滿意度與幸福感的相關情形。4、探討研究對象的情緒調整與幸福感的相關情形。5、分析研究對象的休閒滿意度、情緒調整對幸福感的預測力。 本研究採用文獻分析及問卷調查法。研究對象為九十四學年度就讀於高雄縣某國中學生,共計施測540位國中學生,其中有效問卷522份。資料以t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及多元迴歸等統計方法進行分析。所得主要結論如下: 一、高雄縣某國中學生的幸福感偏向正向。 二、高雄縣某國中學生的休閒滿意度在整體及各層面皆擁有中上的滿意度。 三、高雄縣某國中學生的情緒調整在整體及各層面,除了情緒表達外,皆具中上程度。 四、研究對象的整體休閒滿意度與不同社經地位、同儕關係存在顯著差異。即研究對象的社經地位第二級或同儕關係良好,其休閒滿意度愈佳。 五、在休閒滿意度分量表中可發現,男生心理及生理層面優於女生;女生在美感層面則優於男生;三年級學生的教育層面優於二年級學生;在放鬆、心理及美感等層面與家庭社經地位、成績排名存在顯著差異;在休閒滿意度的六個層面與同儕關係有顯著差異。 六、研究對象的整體情緒調整,與不同社經地位、學業成績、同儕關係存在顯著差異。即研究對象的社經地位第二級、第三級、成績排名前三分之一或同儕關係良好,其情緒調整愈佳。 七、在情緒調整分量表中發現,女生在情緒覺察方面優於男生;在情緒覺察、情緒策略、情緒反省、情緒效能與家庭社經地位、學業成績及同儕關係均存在顯著差異。 八、研究對象的幸福感與學業成績、同儕關係存在顯著差異。即研究對象成績排名前三分之一、同儕關係良好,其幸福感愈佳。 九、高雄縣某國中學生休閒滿意度、情緒調整和幸福感有顯著正相關。 十、「休閒滿意度」、「情緒調整」可以顯著預測幸福感,並有效解釋幸福感32.9%的變異量。 最後,根據本研究發現與結論,可從學校單位、教師及未來研究方面分別提出建議,以供提昇學生幸福感之參考。

A Study on the Relationship among Leisure Satisfaction, Emotional Regulations and Well-being of Students in One Junior High School at Kaohsiung County Abstract This research is to probe into the relationship among leisure satisfaction, emotional regulations and well-being of students in one junior high school at Kaohsiung County. There are five purposes for this research as follows, 1. to comprehend the conditions of population’s social demography variable, leisure satisfaction, emotional regulations and well-being, 2. to identify the different conditions of population’s social demography variable among leisure satisfaction, emotional regulations and well-being, 3, to research the relationship between the population’s leisure satisfaction and well-being, 4, to research the relationship between the population’s emotional regulations and well-being, and 5. to analysis the prediction of population’s leisure satisfaction, emotional regulations to well-being. The research adopted the methods of literature analysis and questionnaire survey. It sampled total amount of 540 students from one junior high school at Kaohsiung County for 2005 academic years, and 522 of them were valid returned. The statistical analysis included t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis. The main conclusions are as follows, 1.The well-being of sampling students trends positive. 2.The overall and individual satisfactory levels from leisure satisfaction scale for sampling students were rated as average or better. 3.The overall and individual emotion regulation levels, except emotion expression, for sampling students were rated as average or better. 4.Overall leisure satisfaction of sampling students is differentiated from different socioeconomic status and peer relationship. That is, the 2nd level of socioeconomic status or good peer relationship leads to better leisure satisfaction. 5.It can be found in the leisure satisfaction level scale that the psychological or physiological aspect of boy students is higher than the girl students; girl students are higher than the boy students on the aestheticism aspect; the third-grade students are higher than the second-grade on the aspect of education; students of different socioeconomic status or class rank have obvious difference on the aspects of relaxing, psychology and aestheticism; the students of different peer relationship have obvious difference on all 6 aspects of leisure satisfaction. 6.The students’ emotional regulations differ from different socioeconomic status, class rank, and peer relationship. That is, the students with the 2nd and 3rd level of socioeconomic status, of top one-third class rank, or with good peer relationship have better emotional regulations. 7.It is found in Emotional Regulation Level Measurement that girl students perform better than boy students on the aspect of emotion awareness; the students with different socioeconomic status, class rank or peer relationship have obvious difference on the aspects of emotion awareness, emotion strategy, emotion reflection, and emotion effect. 8.The students’ well-being differs from different class rank and peer relationship. That is, the students of top one-third class rank or with good peer relationship have well-being. 9.The leisure satisfaction and emotion regulation have positive correlation with well-being in the students in one junior school at Kaohsiung County, 10.Well-being could be forecasted more accurately by using factors of leisure satisfaction and emotion regulation. These factors could also explain 32.9% variation effectively. Finally, recommendations would be provided as a reference of students’ well-being to schools, teachers, and future study according to the finding, conclusion.
