近年來流行美容資訊節目興盛,節目中的主持人、來賓、專家,不斷告訴閱聽眾怎樣才是美麗的面貌與身體,當大眾收看與認同此類型節目內容,對自己身體的看法與滿意度是否有相互的關係與影響。 本研究主要目的在探討台北女大學生對於「流行美容資訊節目的收視情形」、「流行美容節目認同度」與「身體意象」之間的關係。本研究對於台北地區女大學生進行問卷調查,並藉由問卷設計及資料蒐集、整理和分析其結果。研究結果顯示: 一、受試者主要的流行美容資訊媒體包括「流行美容資訊節目」,並且多數受試者不滿意自己的身體;想要改變自己外表或整形的受試者比例亦佔最多;受試者對於流行美容資訊節目為「高認同度」者佔多數。 二、收視比較專心的受試者較重視自己的外表,也較容易想去整型或是減肥改變自己身體;對節目女體形象認同度高的受試者會對自己外表評價較低,並且愈對節目女體形象認同度高就愈容易去改變自身外表。 三、同意「流行美容資訊節目為主要得知流行美容資訊的主要管道」的受試者「節目角色與內容認同感」顯著高於「不同意」的受試者;「節目中女體認同」部分,同意的受試者也顯著高於中立意見以及不同意的受試者。
Recent years there are more and more TV Beauty Program. The host, the guests and the experts in the program tell audience that how the beautiful appearance and body is. Therefore, there are mutual relation and influence between the view and satisfaction on one's own body and face that the female college students in Metro-Taipei watch the programs. The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship among TV-watching habits of female college students, the sense of identification with TV Beauty Programs and Body Image. The population of this study is all female college students in Metro-Taipei. The main conclusions are: 1. The female college students in Metro-Taipei know the beauty information from TV Beauty Programs and most of them dissatisfied with their body and pay more attention on decoration of body appearance. Most female college students approve TV Beauty Programs. 2. The female college students who were concentrating on the TV pay more attention on decoration of body appearance. The female college students who have higher sense of identity with TV Beauty Programs were more dissatisfied with their body. 3. The female college students who attach importance to TV Beauty Programs have higher sense of identity with this kind of programs.
