摘要


近幾年來資訊通訊技術蓬勃發展,因半導體及通訊技術的大幅度進步,在碩大不便的行動通訊設備出現至今,搭載影音多媒體系統的手機問世,家庭的遊戲主機,轉變到隨身攜帶方便的掌上型遊戲機。許多資訊產品逐漸都將商品縮小化,機器的螢幕也由大變小,大量的資料存取透過這些小畫面資訊交換,這樣的改變讓使用者的操作與閱讀資訊時產生困難,希望藉由此研究創作收集歸納整理,找出解決有限的小螢幕畫面裡快速的找尋資料與閱讀大量資訊的方法,減低使用者所遇到的困難。 本研究收集分析市面上的手機,融合學理法則透過視覺設計的手法,創新改善適合小畫面資訊閱讀與操作方法,經由研究創作中設計出新的視覺經驗,以心理學派上的完形心理為設計發想,透過色彩與形狀設計出一系列易視性高的手觸式資料點選方式,降低使用者的記憶負荷。並運用板塊堆疊的原理,創造出小螢幕裡最小的三角辨識面積,配合板塊運動方式在3D的空間不斷循環,將資訊不斷的呈現給使用者觀看,看見需要的資訊時,可以點選畫面停止循環,用手觸的方法組合自己的資料,讓使用者整理擺放資料螢幕位置,並依據每次資料擺放位置的不同產生不同的畫面變化,造成特殊的視覺呈現,回饋性提高使用者的使用意願也提升。 以不同的創意思考角度及良好的設計原則,依循人的生活經驗心理進行研究探討,開發這有限的空間中,更多友善的操作介面和符合設計心理的視覺導引,讓使用者能更貼近高科技產品,將複雜的程式功能隱藏在淺顯易懂的視覺操作上。

Information communication technology has been vigorously developed in recent years. With the significant progress of semiconductor and communication technology today, following the first time that bulky mobile communication apparatuses were introduced, we’ve already developed mobile phones equipped with multi-media systems. Meanwhile, family computer gaming consoles have been developed into portable handheld gaming consoles. While various information products tend to be minimized, the displays thereof are getting more and more narrow. Consequently, mass information accession and exchange can be only conducted through the trimmed screen of the narrowed displays. Such conversion has resultantly caused difficulty in the users’ operation or reading information. Therefore, present research has been conducted in the attempt to figure out a method on how to promptly search and read mass information in the limited area of a small screen so as to remedy the aforementioned difficulty to the users. Through collecting and analyzing commercially available mobile phones, while harmonizing principles and utilizing visual design skills, this research creatively provides an improved method for operating and reading information on a relatively small screen. As gestalt thinking of psychology was taken as the original concept of design, after investigations and experiments, a fresh visual experience has been presented with a touch selection method of high visibility by implementing a designed sequence of combinations of colors and shapes so as to mitigate the users’ memory load. Also, the principle of plate stacking was utilized in the small display to construct the minimum recognizable triangle that circulates ceaselessly in a Three-Dimensional space with plate-like movements. Thereby, information can be continuously presented to the users and the users may stop the circulation, when seeing the desired information, by touching the screen. In addition, the users can arrange and combine the information by touching the screen to place the information in the screen at will. Afterwards, the screen can present appearances varied with different arrangements of information plates to provide special visual representations. With such high feedback visual representations, the users’ usage intention is enhanced. To sum up, this research implements a creative thinking direction and an excellent design principle, following the instructions of human living experiences and psychology, to develop a more friendly operation interface and visual guide that is in compliance with the design psychology theory in the limited space. Hence, as the complicated program functions are reposed into an easy visual operation, the users are further attracted to commune with the high-technology products.
