台北市國小高年級學生心肺復甦術知識、態度、行為意圖與教育需求研究

A Study of The fifth and sixth Grade Elementary School Students’ Knowledge, Attitude, Behavior Intention, and Educational Need toward CPR in Taipei City

摘要


本研究的主要目的在瞭解台北市國小高年級學生有關心肺復甦術的知識、態度、行為意圖及教育需求之現況,並探討其相關因素。研究母群體為台北市國小高年級學生64,194人,經分層集束抽取8行政區16班447名,以自編的結構式問卷為研究工具進行資料收集,共得有效樣本442人(99.8%)。 研究重要結果如下: ㄧ、研究對象心肺復甦術知識答對率49%;六年級學生及曾經學習過心肺復甦術對心肺復甦術知識的瞭解較佳。 二、研究對象心肺復甦術態度偏正向;六年級學生、曾經學習過心肺復甦術及有急救處理經驗之學生對心肺復甦術的態度較正向。 三、研究對象心肺復甦術行為意圖偏高,對家人等親近者的施救意願較高,而不敢做口對口人工呼吸是執行心肺復甦術的主要障礙。 四、研究對象對心肺復甦術課程的教育需求性偏高,其中以心肺復甦術的重要性需求性最高;六年級學生、曾經學習過心肺復甦術及有急救處理經驗之學生對心肺復甦術的教育需求高。 五、研究對象心肺復甦術態度愈正向,執行心肺復甦術的意圖愈積極;心肺復甦術知識愈佳及心肺復甦術態度愈正向,對心肺復甦術教育需求就愈高。 六、研究對象個人背景因素、心肺復甦術之知識和態度可解釋心肺復甦術行為 意圖20.4%,以及心肺復甦術教育需求33.8%的變異量。其中心肺復甦術態度及急救處理經驗是重要的預測變項。 最後依據研究結果進行討論,並分別對心肺復甦術教育實務工作及未來研究提供建議。

The purpose of this study was to examine the fifth and sixth grade students’ knowledge, attitude, behavior intention, and educational need toward CPR; moreover, explore related factors. Through stratified cluster sampling, 447 students were selected from a basal group of 64,194 students in Taipei. A self-administered questionnaire was used as the investigation tool. Data of 445 valid samples were collected. The major findings of this study are as follows: 1. The subjects’ CPR knowledge was 49%. Subjects in sixth grade, and have ever learned CPR had better CPR knowledge than the others. 2. The subjects’ attitude toward CPR was positive. Students who were in the sixth grade and had ever learned CPR had higher positive attitude than others. 3. The subjects’ behavior intention toward CPR was high. If the victim was a family member, they will have higher intention to perform CPR. The main obstacle of perform CPR was fear of doing mouth to mouth artificial respiration. 4. The subjects’ educational need of CPR curriculum was high. The demand about the importance of CPR was quite high. Students, who were in sixth grade, had ever learned CPR, and had first aid experience had higher educational need of CPR curriculum than others. 5. The more positive attitude towards CPR, the higher behavior intention and educational need. The better the CPR knowledge, the higher the educational need of CPR curriculum. 6. Personal background factors, CPR knowledge and CPR attitude could explain 20.4% variation of behavior intention towards CPR and explain 30.8% variation of CPR educational need. Moreover, CPR attitude and first aid experience were the important predictors. Suggestions for CPR education and further studies were provided by researchers.
