在歐美日各國,環保黃豆油墨的使用已相當普遍,尤其是在新聞紙印刷品上更是行之有年。國內近年來也開始引進了黃豆油墨的使用,使用率也逐漸在成長,但台灣報業卻仍尚未使用黃豆油墨。相對於國外的普及,國內的報業或許更應該思考黃豆油墨應用的可能性。本研究以國內常用的四種新聞紙與黃豆油墨為研究對象,藉由油墨抗分裂力測試、乳化測試、黏度及IGT印刷適性測試等印刷適性實驗,並以黃豆油墨取代傳統油墨檢測。 本研究結果,黃豆油墨有較高的乳化程度、黏度、與較穩定的抗分裂力;此外,與報紙讀者害怕手髒最為息息相關的耐摩擦力適性,黃豆油墨表現佳。在展色適性中,印刷濃度上,黃豆油墨表現尚可,但在色相差、灰度的表現,黃豆油墨有較佳的墨色純度。在不同的新聞用紙上,顯示在兩種新聞紙上的濃度比起模造紙與高白新聞紙來的佳,在各紙張色相差的表現較為平均;灰度部分在兩種新聞紙的表現較好,在模造紙與高白新聞紙上表現較差。色度的表現上,模造紙的明度表現較佳,a、b值整體而言,新聞紙類表現比較接近標準值。CIE Lab值表現與國際新聞印刷色度標準仍有差異,需要做成份上的調整,才更能符合ISO12647-3的國際新聞印刷色度標準。 黃豆油墨適性表現運用在新聞輪轉印刷上,有良好的表現;其適性使得印刷製程能夠更容易去調校,而且會有較佳的品質表現。撇開經營成本的現實問題,若能夠以環保為主要訴求的出發點來評估,是值得去取代傳統新聞油墨來使用的。
In the American-European various countries, using the soy ink of environmental protection has been already quite popular, especially on the newspaper printing. In recent, domestic manufacturer began to introduce soy ink, rate of using is growing up gradually. But the newspaper of Taiwan has not still used soy ink on printing yet. Relative to foreign countries, we should ponder over the possibility that soy ink use even more in domestic newspaper. In this research, newspaper used for four major newspaper in Taiwan. And we replace traditional printing ink with soy ink in the experiment. Then we hope finding the pluses and minuses in the offset printability of data between the two form. By these data offer and adjust the parameter of printing process. It can be helpful that the domestic newspaper enter soy ink about the technology of estimate. The results are as follows: soy printing ink have higher level than traditional printing ink on Emulsion, Viscosity and Tack. On Rub-off resistance, Soy printing ink is better than traditional printing ink.On pigment dispersion, Soy printing ink isn’t better than traditional printing ink on Density, but Soy printing ink is better on Hue error and Gamma. Soy printing ink is pure on component. On various paper, the result of study shows that there is obviously different between four kinds of paper and two kinds of printing ink. At the machine finished paper, it’s better express on Brightness and Rub-off resistance. But it’s not better on Density,Hue error and Gamma. On the newsprints, the printability isn’t different obviously.
