摘要


網球訓練週期安排之統整化模式提擬- 一個行動研究探討 研究生:佘志倫 指導教授:劉一民 2009/1 摘要 本研究以高雄市正興國中網球訓練站四位女子選手為對象,採用行動研究法,配合大週期安排的網球訓練,透過體能、技術、戰術、心理四個面向,進行網球訓練週期統整化模式的探討。技術與體能的部分,採用量化測量為主,各設計八項訓練子指標來顯示資料,利用雷達圖來呈現技術與體能訓練的動態趨勢;另外,心理與戰術方面,則透過記錄受試選手訓練及比賽的變化歷程,以質性描述方式呈現。本研究依此四面向的綜整,來檢視訓練過程各選手競技狀態的發展,以及達到預期目標的程度。最後經由分析與探討,提出網球統整化模式。 研究結果發現,四位受試選手均達成預期目標,其競技狀態多在主要比賽之前成形。實施訓練期間,選手受心理影響甚劇,體能素質牽制技術及戰術素質的發展。網球訓練必須掌握心理素質的變化,再進行技術、體能、戰術等訓練,而各面向之間又存在著相互牽制的作用。技術、戰術、體能、心理等指標的搭配,必須透過一系列的比賽作為訓練模式來統整,方能呈現訓練與比賽結合,來達成預期成績表現。網球統整化訓練模式的輪廓,根據以上述,必須依賴著訓練步驟、訓練結構、訓練手段來建構整個模式的形成。 關鍵詞:網球訓練週期、競技狀態、訓練指標、雷達圖

The Proposal of the Integrating Mode of Periodical Tennis Training: A Review of an Action Research She、Chih-Lun Advisor: Liu、I-Min Abstract The present study recruited four female tennis players from Kaohsiung Municipal Jheng-Sing Junior High School. By adopting action research、the integrated mode of tennis macro-cycle training is investigated in terms of four aspects—fitness、skill、strategy、and mentality. Fitness and skill are measured and analyzed quantitatively by means of designing eight training sub-indicators to reveal the significance of the collected data and applying radar charts to demonstrate the developing trend under the training of fitness and skill while strategy and mentality are described qualitatively by means of recording the subjects』 variation in the process of training and competition. In accordance with these four aspects、the study examines each subject’s improvement of athletic competence、competition performance、as well as the realization of expected objectives and intended goals. Finally、after the program is analyzed and discussed、the Integrating Mode of Periodical Tennis Training is proposed. Based on the results of the study、the four subjects all achieve the expected goals. Their competitive statuses are mainly formed before competitions. During the training stage、the players are strongly influenced by mentality. Moreover、fitness plays a determining role in the development of skill and strategy. The variation of mentality must be controlled and dealt with in the process of tennis training in priority. Afterwards、the training of fitness、skill、and strategy are brought together to supplement the training. Furthermore、the four aspects impact each other in an interactive manner. Therefore、the indicators of skill、fitness、strategy、and mentality must be modified and the integration of training modes must be realized by a series of competitions. Only with the combination of training and competition can the anticipated goals be fulfilled. In sum、the Integrating Mode of Periodical Tennis Training can be formulated with systematic training procedure、training arrangement、and training technique.
