幼兒體能教師職場生涯發展之研究

摘要


中文摘要 本研究目的為瞭解幼兒體能教師職場生涯發展,運用多重個案研究法,透過半結構式訪談訪問九位台北縣市具有五年以上教學經驗的幼兒體能教師,蒐集相關資料,以瞭解幼兒體能教師職場生涯發展的歷程、影響因素、職場生涯規劃類型,並探討三者之間的互動關係。研究發現,幼兒體能教師職場生涯發展,在擔任教學工作前,沒有ㄧ個明確的職業動向,大部分都是從事如:補習班老師、運動器材業務等不相關的工作。而影響職場生涯發展內在因素為個人的特質、專業性以及興趣,外在因素則為幼兒體能工作室互相支援、資源共享的特性以及穩定的薪資所得。在未來的職場生涯規劃方面,因體力的限制,幼兒體能教師大多在五十歲左右退休,但仍有來擔任幕後諮詢、教材編寫,或是創業經營幼稚園、才藝教室等發展第二生涯的機會。

The Study on the Career Development of the Kindergarten Physical Education Teachers Date: February, 2009 Postgraduate:Yao, Jen-tsan Adviser: Lin, Po-Hsiu Abstract The purpose of this research is to explore the career development of kindergarten physical education (PE) teachers. Through multiple case studies as well as conducting semi-structured interviews with nine kindergarten PE teachers who has more than 5 year experiences, the thesis studies the inter-relationship among the process of determining career path, the influential factors, and the types of the career planning of a kindergarten PE teacher. Research findings indicate that, most kindergarten PE teachers do not have a clear career path before they pursue PE. Most their previous jobs are quite irrelevant to PE such as cram school teachers and sports equipment sales people. The main internal factors influencing their career development are personal character, profession and also personal interest where stable income and the supports along with resource sharing between different facilities play dramatic roles as external factors. In regard to the further career development, most kindergarten PE teachers retire at their fifties because of the decline of physical ability. However, in this field the so-called “retirement” usually means a role change. They might still become consultants, teaching-materials producers, or the kindergarten owners. Consequently, careers of the kindergarten PE teachers last long, and the chance for them to change their career path does exist.
