神馳：台灣單車環島旅行體驗之研究

摘要

本研究旨在探討台灣單車環島旅行參與者之休閒體驗之研究。藉由研究者於2007年2月親自完成單車環島旅行之觀察開始。透過文獻分析法、參與觀察法以及深度訪談法，對七位訪談者所蒐集到的資料進行研究與分析。研究結果發現，一、受訪者對於單車環島旅行認為是一種自由與出走的體驗，展現個人的勇氣與選擇。二、從旅行過程中所遭遇的折磨、苦難、空白時光與超越性，提昇他們的內在心靈與智識，並經由研究者的觀察分析提出「神馳」的深入體驗概念。三、獨一無二隨性行程的單車環島文化，展現個人的休閒體驗風格。本研究歸納，台灣單車環島旅行參與者經由單車環島旅行的休閒體驗，呈現追求自我實現、樂於挑戰、尋求出走與自由的慾望。當旅行歸來，面對社會所呈現的矛盾與失落亦表現在另一次的的休閒體驗中。

The purpose of this research aims to discover the experiences of Biking Around Taiwan. This research adopts literature analysis, participant observation, the depth interview as research tools in order to discuss how the experiences of Biking Around Taiwan. Researchers applied documental analysis and interview to collect the data of seven participants. The results of the research reveal that: first, the leisure behavior of the participants is presented in the courage of pursuing the runaway and freedom. Second, they love suffering during travel, to make themselves more spiritual in mind. And express the special state of ‘ecstasy’. Third, unique trip plants reveal that participants desire personal leisure freestyle. After integrating the data collection and analysis results the researcher indicate that the participants show self-realization, willing to take risk, wish to runaway from society and pursuit the freedom. But after finished the trip, the contradiction and lost from society will become the reason of next runaway.
