摘要 本研究旨在探討臺北縣高中職校園危機發生的原因、類型、困境,校園危機預防與準備的現況及危機因應與復原的情形。本研究採用問卷調查法,以臺北縣54所高中職校教育行政人員(校長、教師兼主任、教師兼組長、教官)為調查對象,扣除7所預試學校,共計47所高中職校為樣本,共發出874份問卷,實得有效樣本為759份,有效回收率為86.84%,所得資料以SPSS for Windows 12.0統計套裝軟體進行分析,透過平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計方法,綜合歸納以下結論: 一、臺北縣高中職校園危機最常發生的原因為「家庭因素」。 二、臺北縣高中職較常發生的校園危機類型是「校園意外事件」。 三、臺北縣高中職在校園危機管理工作上的主要困境為「人力不足」。 四、臺北縣高中職教育行政人員對校園危機預防與準備的認知屬於中上程度。 五、臺北縣高中職教育行政人員對校園危機預防與準備的認知,會因性別、 服務年資、最高學歷、現任職務、學校規模、學校類別的不同而有顯著差 異。 六、臺北縣高中職教育行政人員對校園危機因應與復原的認知屬於中上程度。 七、臺北縣高中職教育行政人員對校園危機因應與復原的認知,會因性別、服 務年資、最高學歷、現任職務、學校規模的不同而有顯著差異,學校類別 則無。 根據結論,本研究並分別對教育行政機關、高中職校、教育行政人員及未 來研究提出參考建議。 關鍵字: 危機、校園危機、危機管理、校園危機管理
Abstract This thesis aimed to explore the current status of campus crisis prevention and preparedness as well as the responses and its implementation results in the senior high/vocational schools in Taipei County. The content of this study includes the reasons, types, and difficulties in the campus crisis. In this research, a questionnaire method was selected to survey the education administrators (principals, teachers and director, teacher and head trainer) of 54 senior/vocational high schools in Taipei County. After deducting seven schools in the pre-test, a total of 874 questionnaires were collected from 47 senior high/vocational schools. The effective samples are 759 copies with 86.84% of return rate. The data was analyzed by SPSS 12.0 for Windows with the mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA statistical methods. The result synthesizes the following Conclusions: 1. "Family factor" is the major reason of the campus crisis in Taipei County senior high/vocational school . 2. "Campus accident" is the most occurred type of the campus crisis in Taipei County senior high/vocational school . 3. "Shortage of manpower" is the major difficulty of the campus crisis in Taipei County senior high/vocational school . 4. The cognition on the campus crisis prevention and preparedness for Taipei County senior high/vocational school and education administrators is on average level. 5. It is significantly different on the campus crisis prevention and preparedness for Taipei County senior high/vocational school and education administrators differing by gender, service Seniority, the highest qualification, current position, school size, and school type. 6. The cognition on the campus crisis response and recovery for Taipei County senior high/vocational school and education administrators is on average level. 7. It is significantly different on the campus crisis response and recovery of awareness for Taipei County senior high/vocational school and education administrators differing by gender, service Seniority, the highest qualification, current position, and school size, while school type not. The conclusions of this study are also proposed for the future research and suggestions to education executive organizations and senior high/vocational school administrators respectively.
