臺北市國民中學推動「攜手計畫-課後扶助」方案之研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解臺北市國民中學教師對於臺北市國中實施「攜手計畫課後扶助」的看法,探討國中辦理「攜手計畫課後扶助」之執行現況與成效,並提出相關建議,以供行政主管機關與學校參考。本研究採用問卷調查法進行研究,編製「臺北市國民中學推動『攜手計畫課後扶助』方案現況與成效之研究」調查問卷」,作為研究工具,並以臺北市35 所公立國中共350 名教師為研究對象,回收有效樣本為311 份,佔樣本數88.85%。問卷資料採描述性統計進行百分比次數分配及平均數,並以卡方檢定之題項適合度與百分比同質性考驗,藉此分析教師的贊同意見,以及不同背景教師的贊同程度是否具有顯著性的差異情形。研究發現如下: 一、教師對學校推動「攜手計畫課後扶助」方案,大多普遍持正面支持的態度。 二、教師對受輔對象及學校行政支援與教學規畫等方面的現行作法,大都表高度認同。但對師資來源的看法,在意見上頗不一致。 三、教師在彰顯教育機會均等與社會正義之部分實施成效上有不同的看法。 四、教師多認同課輔教師能有效進行教學與輔導,並使學生學習獲得成效。 五、教師對實施「攜手計畫課後扶助」的看法,會因其性別、教育程度、職務、參與任課經驗、年資及任職學校班級規模等之不同,部份有顯著差異,尤其擔任不同職務教師的意見差異程度最為明顯。 六、教師對實施成效的看法,較不受性別、年資及學校規模等不同背景影響。唯較會因其教育程度、職務及任課經驗之不同而有顯著差異。

This study is by studying the current implementation situation of “Collaboration Plan: After-school Assist program” which was carried into junior high schools in Taipei City. Also, to bring up the opinions to the results of the program mentioned above from the teachers who work at Taipei’s junior high schools, and to provide some suggestions for administrative organizations and schools. This study uses questionnaire research method. There are 311 valid questionnaires, about 88.85%of all, named “The research of the current situation and effectiveness of “Collaboration Plan: After-school Assist program” in junior high schools in Taipei City”, answered by 350 teachers from 35 chosen junior high schools in Taipei City. It uses Chi-square Test to analyze the applicable degree of the data, and to figure out any significant differences of the opinions between teachers with different backgrounds.   The study discovers: 1. Most of teachers take positive attitude in the implementation of the program in schools. 2. High agreement of the assisted students and administrative supports in current teaching practices. However, the opinions for the sources of the teacher are quite inconsistent. 3. There are different views of results on highlighting equal opportunities in education and social justice. 4. School teachers agree that the remedial teaching teachers can teach and counsel students effectively; also the students can have effective learning. 5. According to their different gender, education level, function in school, teaching experience, seniority and size of school, teachers have significant different views to the current practice in "Collaboration Plan: After-school Assist" program, and, especially, the opinions from the teachers of different function in school are the most remarkable one. 6. There is no significant influence on the view of implementation results by gender, seniority and school size. But there is significant influence on it by the different education level, function in school and teaching experience.
