盼望的信息－藝術與信仰

基督信仰在筆者心中始終不變，就像是一個實體，一個中心點；而過去、現在及未來所面對的環境，就像是一個虛體，也就是包圍的空間，將現實和虛幻揉合為一時，發現這些環境互相都有奇妙的關聯。「空間」在創作中，主要表達的是時空交叉的感覺，將流逝的過去、現存的時空以及未來想達到的夢想空間通通聯結在一起。雖然這些空間就像現實的密閉空間，但不斷的延伸的另一個空間卻代表著期待與盼望、困難與傷痛，若現在的你處於無助的時空，別忘了也許還有另外充滿希望的時空在等待著你；或許正有幸福的未來值得你去期待，但其中也不無隱藏著困難傷痛的可能。這「虛」的空間和「實」的肉質衣服及椅子元素是現實和虛幻揉合為一，可以帶給觀眾無限的自由想像空間，可個別的詮釋。本創作研究是以筆者在異鄉求學時，對於所處環境與信仰的感受。在台灣七年多來的異國生活，經歷了許多挑戰及磨練，面臨了不斷變換的環境，以及不停改變的人、事、物，唯一能支持筆者到現在的就是基督的信仰，也是筆者創作的出發點。

Christ beliefs in my life are remained invariable throughout in my heart. This is like an entity; like a central point. For the past, present and future environments, this is likely to be an empty body which is a surrounding space combing with both realistic and unreal together. We will discover these environments are all marvelous connected to each other mutually. “The Space” in my creation is mainly to express the overlapping feeling of time and space. This connects the elapsed past, the current time and space, and the dream for the future together in the same place. Although these spaces are like airtight spaces in reality, the other extended spaces are made to represent the hope, the difficulty and the grief. If you were in the helpless space, don’t forget perhaps there is another space which filled with hope waiting for you. Perhaps in the future, happiness will be worth for you to be expected, but will also hide the difficulty and grief possibly. This “empty” space, “solid” pulped clothes, and the chair elements are the mixture of reality and unreal. This brings the audiences an infinite imagination and individual annotation. This research of creativity mainly represents myself which regards to the environment and my feelings about religion. When I was creating art work in the foreign land for seven years overseas life in Taiwan, I have experienced many challenges and disciplines. I also faced the incident to change and move around to the different living environments, as well as in changing people, matters, and things non-stopped. The only thing supports me until the now is Christ beliefs. This is also my starting point of creation.
