科技大學產學合作績效影響因素之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討科技大學產學合作績效的影響因素,經由文獻探討,本研究發展出「科技大學產學合作績效影響因素調查問卷」,其內容分成產學合作關係、產學合作技術、企業吸收能力、外部環境、產學合作內涵、產學合作行為、產學合作績效內涵等七個構面。研究工具經專家效度審核及預試信度考驗修正,正式問卷普查41所科技大學產學合作專責單位之負責人。問卷回收整理後,以描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關來探討科技大學產學合作績效影響因素之重要程度認知和影響因素構面之間的相關性,並採取迴歸分析以預測科技大學產學合作績效影響因素對產學合作績效之預測力。 綜合本研究的分析與討論,歸納出以下結論: 一、產學合作關係構面係屬於高度影響構面,但與科技大學產學合作績效無顯著相關。 二、產學合作技術構面係屬於普通影響程度構面,但與科技大學產學合作績效有顯著相關。 三、企業吸收能力構面係屬於普通影響程度構面,但與科技大學產學合作績效有顯著相關。 四、外部環境構面係屬於普通影響程度構面,且科技大學產學合作績效無顯著相關。 五、產學合作內涵構面係屬於高度影響構面,且與科技大學產學合作績效有顯著相關。 六、產學合作行為構面係屬於高度影響構面,但與科技大學產學合作績效無顯著相關。 七、產學合作績效內涵構面中,以「蒐集完整技術資訊」、「技術成果滿意度」、「技術吸收程度」、「財務績效」等四項為高度重要因素。 根據研究發現與結論,本研究提出有關產學合作方面的建議,以供教育主管單位、科技大學、產學合作相關單位及未來後續研究之參考。

This study aims to explore factors that affect industry-academia collaboration (IAC) performance of universities of science and technology. Based on a literature review, this study developed a “Survey on Factors Affecting Industry-Academia Collaboration of Universities of Science and Technology” questionnaire, which covered 7 dimensions: IAC relations, IAC techniques, corporate absorptive capability, external environment, IAC content, IAC behavior, IAC performance. Research tools had undergone validity review and pretest reliability by experts, and a formal questionnaire was used to survey persons in charge of IAC unit at 41 universities. After responses were collected and compiled, descriptive statistics and Pearson analysis were adopted to discuss relevance between recognition of importance of factors affecting IAC performance of universities of science and technology and dimensions of the affecting factors. Moreover, regression analysis was employed to analyze the predictability of IAC performance of universities of science and technology over IAC performance. Analysis and discussions in this study came to the following conclusions: 1. IAC relations are a highly influential dimension, but are not significantly relevant to IAC performance of universities of science and technology. 2. IAC techniques are a normally influential dimension, but are significantly relevant to IAC performance of universities of science and technology. 3. Corporate absorptive capability is a normally influential dimension, but is significantly relevant to IAC performance of universities of science and technology. 4. External environment is a normally influential dimension, and is not significantly relevant to IAC performance of universities of science and technology. 5. IAC content is a highly influential dimension and is significantly relevant to IAC performance of universities of science and technology. 6. IAC behavior is a highly influential dimension, but is not significantly relevant to IAC performance of universities of science and technology. 7. Among dimensions of IAC content, “gathering complete technical information”, “satisfaction with technical results”, “absorption of technique”, and “financial performance” are factors of high importance. Based on the above conclusions, this study proposes suggestions related to IAC in order to serve as a reference for agencies governing education, universities of science and technology, IAC related units, and subsequent research.
