中部地區高中職圖書館讀者服務功能現況及教育人員對其影響學生學習行為認知之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討中部地區高中職圖書館讀者服務功能現況及了解教育人員對其影響學生學習行為認知之研究,研究方法採文獻分析法及問卷調杳法,以台中縣(市)、彰化縣、雲林縣、南投縣、嘉義縣(市)之公私立高中職學校校長、圖書館主任、教務主任、該校一位高三導師為研究對象,研究工具包括「中部地區高中職圖書館網頁」、「高級中等學校圖書館現況資料庫」、「教育人員對圖書館讀者服務功能影響學生學習行為認知問卷調查表」等三部份,於調查後針對回收之有效問卷333份,運用SPSS 12.0 進行分析,主要將網頁所得資料以描述性統計進行分析,問卷所得資料以描述性統計、單一樣本T考驗、獨立樣本T考驗、單因子變異數分析、雪費事後比較、卡方同質性百分比檢定進行分析,而本研究結果摘要如下: 一、中部地區高中職圖書館主任未具專業背景者佔48%,私立學校未設圖書館主任者佔30%. 二、中部地區高中職圖書館提供較多圖書館服務項目為閱覽服務、資訊檢索服務、辦理利用教育活動,較不重視的為特殊讀者服務,提供校數只佔6%,文獻傳遞服務只佔11%,電子報只佔15%。 三、圖書館提供之服務項目及數量因公私立或圖書館主任專業背景有顯著差異。 四、高中職教育人員對圖書館影響學生學習行為持正面看法,認同圖書館讀者服務確實能夠影響學生學習行為。 五、中部地區高中職教育人員對圖書館之「圖書館利用教育、數位教材、資訊檢索服務」功能影響學生學習行為程度最大。 六、背景不同受訪人員對圖書館讀者服務功能影響學生學習行為程度有顯著差異。 七、全體受訪人員認為圖書館讀者服務功能最能影響學生學習行為是「學習動機、學習慾望、學習興趣」。 八、背景不同之受訪人員對圖書館讀者服務功能影響學生學習行為內涵具顯著差異。 九、受訪者認為圖書館不同的服務功能影響不同的學習行為內涵。 最後期望透過本研究之發現與結論,對教育行政機關、高中職學校教育人員與未來研究提出相關建議。

The research investigates Central Taiwan High School Library Reader Service Function Status and how the educators cognize the effect of library reader services on student learning behaviors. This research method adopts documentary analysis and questionnaire survey. The research objects are principals, directors of library, directors of academic affairs, and teachers of third grade in senior high school from public schools and private schools of Taichung County and City, Changhua County, Yunlin County, Nantou County, Chiayi County and City. The research tools consists of “High School Library Status Database”, questionnaires of “Cognitions of Educators on Effect of Library Reader Services on Student Learning Behaviors”, and “Web Page of High School Library of Central Taiwan”. The valid questionnaires were 333 copies that were analyzed by SPSS 12.0. The web pages data were analyzed by descriptive statistics; while questionnaire data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, single sample T-test, independent samples T-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe posterior comparisons, and chi-square test of homogeneity. The summary of this research were as follows: 1. Non-professional background of high school libraries in central Taiwan accounts for 48%; private schools without director of library accounts for 30%. 2. High school libraries in central Taiwan provide more services such as reading service, information search service, and library utilization service. Special reader service was paid little attention; only 6% of high school provides the service. Document transfer service accounts for 11%, and electronics paper accounts for 15% 3. The library services and quantities differ due to professional background of director of library and public or private schools. 4. High school educators hold positive view of library impacts on student learning behaviors. They agree that library reader services can affect student learning behaviors. 5. For high school educators in central Taiwan, they consider the following library services influence most on student learning behavior, and the services were library utilization service, digital materials, and information search service. 6. The different backgrounds of respondents have distinct viewpoints about library reader services on student learning behaviors. 7. All of the respondents think library reader services influence on students learning behavior such as learning motivation, learning desire, and learning interest. 8. Backgrounds of respondents produce distinct opinions on how library reader service influence student learning behaviors. 9. Respondents think different services of library have different effect on learning behaviors. Finally, I hope my finding and conclusion of this research can offer useful suggestion for education administration, high school educators and future related researches.
