臺北縣國民教育階段特教組長角色知覺與特教專業知能之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺北縣國民教育階段特教組長之角色知覺與特教專業知能之現況,並比較不同背景變項在角色知覺、特教專業知能的差異,以及分析瞭解角色知覺與特教專業知能之間的相關情形。 本研究以臺北縣國民教育階段特教組長為對象進行分層隨機抽樣。研究工具為自編之「國民教育階段特教組長角色知覺與特教專業知能問卷」,共發出258份問卷,回收有效問卷240份。所得資料以描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析及皮爾遜積差相關進行分析,研究結果如下: 一、整體而言,國民教育階段特教組長對理想角色的八種類型皆達到「同意」程度以上;在實際角色方面為「大部分實踐」的程度。 二、國民教育階段特教組長對其理想角色與實際角色情形整體與各類型之評定皆達顯著差異。 三、國民教育階段特教組長對特教專業知能各項評定為重要程度以上。 四、在「任教階段」、「教師資格」、「特教組長年資」「特教組長編制情形」背景變項上,國民教育階段特教組長之角色知覺有顯著差異。 五、在「任教階段」、「教師資格」、「每週授課時數」「特教專業進修情形」背景變項上,國民教育階段特教組長之特教專業知能有顯著差異。 六、國民教育階段特教組長之角色知覺與特教專業知能呈現顯著正相關。 根據以上研究結果提出建議,提供教育行政機關、師資培育機構、學校特教行政工作者或未來研究,作為參考。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role perception and professional competencies with regard to special education of special education section chief at compulsory education level school in Taipei County. In this study, the correlation between the role perception and professional competencies with regard to special education in current situation was explored. The variables of chiefs with different background were also discussed. Survey research was conducted in this study. Self-designed “Questionnaire of special education section chiefs role perception and professional competencies with regard to special education of compulsory education level school” were sent to 258 special education section chiefs by stratified random sampling. The valid questionnaires were 240. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA and Pearson’s product-moment correlation. The findings are as follows: 1. The degree of perceiving the agreement of role perception had perceived was far above medium level among special education section chiefs in compulsory education level schools of Taipei County. 2.The special education section chiefs have different perception of ideal role and practice role. 3. The degree of perceiving the importance of professional competencies with regard to special education was above the average among special education section chiefs in compulsory education level schools of Taipei County. 4. There were significant differences among the teaching phase, professional background, years of working as special education section chief, special education section staffing for role perception. 5. There were significant differences among the teaching phase, professional background, teaching hours each week, professional development for professional competencies of special education. 6. There were positive significant correlation between the role perception and professional competencies of special education. The suggestions made from the conclusion of this study were offered to be the references for the educational administration authorities and the same subject of future studies.
