由於政經因素與趨勢影響,表演藝術團隊數量大幅增加,其中除歷史悠久的職業團體外,亦新加入了相當數量的業餘團隊,這些團體中絕大部份並不具備足以支撐完整人事組織之產業規模,也未必設有專職的行政組織,常常是表演者身兼數職。本研究希望釐清表演藝術行政公司,定義與分析其營運模式,以提供表演藝術行政公司成立時環境評估與組織定位之參考,以冀日後國內環境得以提供專業高等教育之藝術行政管理人才充份發揮就業之可能,達到更專業、更經濟、更活絡的產業鏈分工,為國內表演藝術在世界提供更具競爭力的環境。 本研究透過文獻分析回顧相關理論與國內表演藝術經紀公司之歷史脈絡,利用量化分析檢視環境現況,並透過訪談研究表演藝術團體運作現況、國內經紀公司運作現況、了解國藝會與表演藝術團體對此一概念之看法,最後得出結論。
Because of political and economic factors and trends, increase in the number of performing arts groups. Not only the mature and professional groups, but some of new entrants to the amateur is on the way. These groups have no complete organization of workforce, and most of them have no full-time administrative division. It depends on the multi-job holding performers. This study would like to figure out the definition of Performing Arts Administration Company, and research the business model of it. And the jobs could be provided in future for the student major in performing art administration. And each item in the value chain would be more professional, more economic and more active. And gain the strength of Taiwanese Performing arts in the world. This study is the review of the literature of the theory and the context of the performing arts agency in Taiwan. And using quantitative analysis to view the status of the environment, then research the operation of performing arts groups, agencies, and come to understand the view of National Culture and Arts Foundation and performing art groups, finally get the Conclusion.
