大學音樂系學生生涯阻隔與內外控人格特質─以臺北地區為例

An Investigation on Undergraduate Music Majors’Career Barriers and Locus of Control ─In Taipei Region

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解臺北地區大學音樂系學生生涯阻隔情形與內外控人格特質傾向,並以不同性別、年級、學校體系、主修組別與有無修習學程為個體與背景變項,檢視並分析其差異情形,同時探討不同內外控人格特質傾向之大學音樂系學生對其生涯阻隔是否具有差異。 研究者以臺北地區十所兼含師範、藝術專業、綜合等三種學校體系之大學音樂系學生為母群體,採行「生涯阻隔因素量表」與「洛氏內外控人格特質量表」進行問卷調查,得有效研究樣本共428份,並運用描述統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數及薛費法事後比較進行分析,提出結論如下: 一、大學音樂系學生生涯阻隔情形尚可,不同學校體系具有差異,整體以科系選擇遭遇生涯阻隔較多,學習困擾遭遇生涯阻隔較少。 二、大學音樂系學生人格特質傾向內控,而以不同個體與背景變項檢視,大學音樂系學生內外控人格特質傾向有所不同,如女性、師範體系、有修習學程之學生較傾向外控,一年級學生較傾向內控;且在性別、學校體系、有無修習學程具有顯著差異。 三、不同內外控人格特質傾向之大學音樂系學生於生涯阻隔具有差異;而內控人格特質傾向之大學音樂系學生遭遇生涯阻隔較少;外控者則略多。 研究者依據以上之發現提出對於教育行政單位、大學音樂系學生以及未來研究之建議。

The purpose of this research aims at understanding the locus of control and career barrier for major students in Taipei region, evaluating and analyzing the differences according to different gender, degree, school system, major and personal background, and meanwhile discussing whether the outlook of students with different locus of control on their barrier will form disparities. Through investigation, the research gets 428 functional samples by using “the column of locus of control and career barrier for college music students” as a tool, and taking students from dozens of universities in the Taipei region as a whole and dividing them into three into three categories, the normal education, the arts specializing, and the integrated. Furthermore, the research analyzes these samples by using the descriptive-Statistic, the Test, the One Way Analysis of Variance and Sceffe’ method. The conclusion is as followed: 1.The career barriers in music major students are not too huge; the students tend to sense the more career barriers in major choosing rather than ones in learning difficulties. 2.Major music students tend to introvert locus control, and the tendencies have huge differences by overlooking different personal tendencies. The students as female, Normal universities or taking education programs tend to have a more extrovert control, and freshmen tend to introvert control. Besides, the situations have obvious variations between gender, school system and taking educational programs. 3.There are differences between music major students having different tendencies of locus of control. Introvert locus control students lead to less career barriers. However, extrovert students encounter more barriers in career choosing The researcher proposes the functional suggestions for education officials, music major students depending on the conclusion of the research.
