視覺藝術介入都市空間模式之研究–以台北市環河北路為例

摘要

90年代，台北都市中心結構快速東移，使得環河北路周邊空間發展衰退，不論在密度、文化及活動上都產生了各種不同的矛盾及變異。因此，本研究試圖提供視覺藝術創作介入都市空間的操作模式，做為「都市空間藝術化」的基本策略，是以人文層面切入都市空間的策略性觀點，藉由「藝術介入 ─ 都市發展」這個主題來挖掘產生的負面現象，並以「視覺藝術」為論點創造各種新的可能性，讓人們透過感知的方式去體驗美學文化，帶動都市整體創新、再發展力量。

本研究目的是以視覺藝術介入都市空間等相關議題進行探討與分析。經由視覺化藝術創意行動的功能，建構出視覺藝術介入都市空間的模式與概念，在台灣當前朝向於都市空間再造（重塑）運動的潮流下，提供視覺藝術執行之操作策略建構，以及創意美學發揮在地空間經驗的新意涵。

研究方法分為四階段進行：第一階段為探討視覺藝術、都市空間…等相關資料；第二階段為分析以視覺藝術介入都市空間之模式，評估環河北路周邊空間行動的可能性；第三階段以質性分析法，歸納整理相關的案例與操作模式，以作為研究的參考依據，並作初期之實驗性創作；第四階段則以本研究之結論作為視覺藝術創作的理論依據，發展產生共鳴之視覺藝術行動。最後，本研究結論認為視覺藝術介入都市空間歷程必需與場域有相當的連結關係，以達「認同感」之恆久性創作目標；並且作品必須依環境而有所調整改變，發展出「適地性」的創作策略，如此，才能成功的實踐視覺藝術介入都市空間之建構。

In 1990s, the structure of the center in Taipei city has been moved forward to the east area tremendously fast, that caused the space developments around the HuanHe North Road decayed. No matter the density of urban space、local culture and the residences’ daily activities all resulted various conflicts and different transformations by the structure changes of the city. Therefore, this research tries to offer the operation modes of visual arts intervene the urban space management developments as it be the basic strategy of urban spaces arts. It applies a strategic viewpoint from that the humanity aspects cut into the subject of urban space management developments. Through the subject “Arts intervene the urban developments” to discover the negative phenomenon, and based on the issue of “visual arts” to creates any possibilities. Furthermore it tempt people experience aesthetic cultures through the sensation way and encourages the city entirety innovation and re-developing powers.

This study intends to analyze and discuss the issues about the urban space management from the visual art aspect. The proposal of this research is to construct a concept and a mode of the visual art intervenes to the urban space management development via the functions of the visualized artistic creativity. In Taiwan, the trend tends to the direction of the urban space management’s reconstructive movement. To provide a visual art execution’s operational、theoretical model, and to define a whole new significance for the experiences of the creative aesthetics developing the local space management.

There are four phases proceeding of the research method: Phase 1.to investigate the data about the theory & general senses of visual art, urban space management development,…,etc. Phase 2. to analyze the operation mode of visual art intervene the urban space managements and estimate the spaces developing possibilities around the HuanHe North
Road. Phase 3. According to the qualitative analytic method to generalize all the relevant cases and select the suitable modes to be the references and the designs of the primary experience. Phase 4. Depend on the research conclusion to be the theoretical basis of the visual art
creativities and expect to develop to create resonance of the visual art movements. Finally, this study concludes the process for the involvement of visual art to the urban space management is certainly related to a connection or link with the local district public territoriality, in order to achieve the creative goal of “identity of sympathy”. Besides, the creations should be adjustable and flexible depend on the requirements or the environments change and then build up creative strategy with suitability. Therefore that can successfully live up to the visual art intervene the urban space management development.
