本研究旨在調查音樂系師培生之教育專業信念與任教意願現況,及音樂系師培生之教育專業信念與任教意願相關情形。研究對象為98學年度修習初等或中等師資培育學程之大學部音樂系二至四年級學生,採叢集抽樣方式,依地域性劃分為北、中、南三區。 三區當中,又以中等師資培育學程及初等師資培育學程之分別,各抽取一所大學音樂系作為研究樣本進行資料蒐集。本研究以研究者改編之「音樂系師培生之教育專業信念與任教意願量表」為研究工具,量表分為教育專業信念量表及任教意願量表二部分。 研究結果顯示音樂系師培生具有正向積極之教育專業信念與任教意願,但不同背景變項間仍有部分差異存在。其中年級變項於教育專業信念上,三年級音樂系師培生顯著於二年級師培生;音樂教學經驗變項於教育專業信念方面,無音樂教學經驗之師培生顯著於有音樂教學經驗之師培生;修習初等教程與修習中等教程變項於教育專業信念上,修習中等教程之師培生顯著於修習初等教程之師培生。另一方面,年級變項於任教意願上,三年級音樂系師培生顯著於二年級師培生;音樂班學習經驗變項於任教意願上,有音樂班學習經驗之師培生顯著於無音樂班學習經驗之師培生。再者,研究結果顯示音樂系師培生教育專業信念愈積極正向,對任教意願愈有助益。最後,本研究提出有關師資培育與未來研究之討論與建議。
The purpose of this study is to investigate prospective music teachers' educational profession belief and their teaching willingness. The sample was selected from the music-majored students at their 2nd to forth university year in teacher educational program. All the cases were sorted by the teacher education programs (elementary or high school), and university locations (north, central, or south). “Rating Scales for prospective music teachers" educational profession belief and teaching willingness” was applied in this study. The results showed that the prospective music teachers had a positive belief of educational profession and enthusiastic teaching willingness, but there were some divergences between variables from different backgrounds. In the aspect of educational profession belief, prospective teachers at the third university year scored better than those at second university year; those with no music teaching experience scored better than those with experiences; those having teacher education program for high schools scored better than those having teacher education program for elementary schools. On the other hand, in the aspect of teaching willingness, according to prospective teachers at the third university year scored better than those at second university year; those with music teaching experience scored better than those with no experiences. The results also showed that prospective music teachers whose educational profession belief was more positive would have more positive willing to teach. Many discussion and suggestions were given for teacher education programs and research in this study.
