社會工作者網際網路運用狀況調查-以提供少年服務之社會工作者為例

摘要


本研究的目的在於了解提供少年服務之社會工作者的網際網路實際運用狀 況、影響網路行為之因素和運用網際網路於社會工作時所遭遇之困難。 本研究採用問卷調查法,採普查的方式,以全台灣共191 位提供少年服務之社會工作者為研究對象,問卷採用自編式問卷,問卷內容包含四個部份。第一部 份是調查機構的網路環境與使用狀況。第二部份是用來調查社會工作者在目前機 構網路使用狀況的程度。第三部份是用來調查社會工作者對於使用網際網路的真 實想法或感受及使用網路的動機。第四部份則是詢問社會工作者的基本資料。所 蒐集的資料,以描述性統計、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、Spearman's rho 等級相關、Pearson 相關及階層迴歸等統計方式進行資料分析。 本研究發現社工員的上網時數偏高,社工員於非上班時間平均每日上網時數 以兩小時以上未滿三小時為最多,而上班時間則是以五小時以上為最多。但進一 步測量各項網際網路功能的使用程度時,發現使用程度偏低,在各個功能之中, 以資訊傳遞及查詢功能的使用程度為最高,其次為社交性功能,互動性功能再次 之,而娛樂性功能為最低。至於社工員在各項工作中的網路使用程度,亦偏低, 在各項工作中,以進行搜尋資訊與倡導的工作時,使用網路的程度最高,其次為 個案工作,而團體工作為最低。至於影響社會工作者網際網路使用狀況之因素如 下: 1.影響社會工作者網際網路功能使用程度之因素 (1) 在各項影響資訊傳遞及查詢功能的使用程度之因素中,以工具性動機最具影 響力。 (2) 在各項影響社交性功能的使用程度之因素中,以網路使用之限制程度和娛樂 性動機最具影響力。 (3) 在各項影響娛樂性功能的使用程度之因素中,以娛樂性動機最具影響力。 (4) 在各項影響互動性功能的使用程度之因素中,以網路態度的自主學習層面最 具影響力。 2. 影響社會工作者運用網路於各項工作項目中之網路使用程度 (1) 在各項影響網際網路於個案工作的使用程度之因素中,以工作內容數量最具 影響力。 (2) 在各項影響網際網路於團體工作的使用程度之因素中,以網路態度的績效認 知最具影響力。 (3) 在各項影響網際網路於搜尋資訊與倡導 的使用程度之因素中,僅有網路態度的自主學習具影響力。 本研究最後根據研究結果針對實務界以及教育界提出各項建議,以協助提供 少年服務之社會工作者能順利運用網際網路於社會工作之中,進一步促進提供少 年服務之社會工作者網路之使用。

The purpose of this research is focused on knowing the condition that social workers who provide the teenagers service will face. First, the real Internet using condition, second, the factor of affecting Internet behavior, and the last, the difficulty using the Internet service for social work. This research employs questionnaire investigation, adopting the method of general survey. My clients are total 191 social workers who provide teenage service in Taiwan. The questionnaire is self-edit type. The content of questionnaire includes four parts. The first part is that investing the Internet environment and using condition in the institutes. The second part is investing the situation which social workers apply to the Internet service in the institute at present. The third part is surveying the real opinion, feeling and the motivation when social workers use the Internet service. The last part is querying the social workers' profile. All the data we acquired will analyze by statistic ways such as descriptive statistics, t-test, oneway anova, Spearman rank order correlation coefficient, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient and hierarchical regression. We found out that social workers spend much time on surfing the Internet. The most average time surfing the Internet during the working time is over two hours and under three hours; the most time during non-working time is over five hours. However, when we measured the using degree of various Internet function, we found out the using degree is low. In various kinds of function, the best using degree is information delivery and function of search. The second is function of sociability, and the third is function of interaction. Subsequently, the function of entertainment is the worst. In addition, when social workers work, all kinds of using the Internet degree are also low. In all kinds of work, running searching information and advocacy work are the highest degree of using the Internet. The second is case work, and the last is group work. Besides, the factor which affects social workers to use the Internet service is as below: 1.The using degree factor which affects social workers to use the Internet service (1) In all the factors which affect the using degree of information delivery and search function, instrumental motivation has the most powerful influence. (2) In all the factors which affect the using degree of sociability function in the Internet, the restriction degree of using the Internet and entertainment motivation have the most powerful influence. (3) In all the factors which affect the using degree of entertainment function in the Internet, entertainment motivation has the most powerful influence. (4) In all the factors which affect the using degree of interaction function in the Internet, the atonomous learning of the Internet attitudes has the most powerful influence. 2. Using the Internet degree of various working items which affect social workers to apply the Internet service to (1) In all the factors which affect the using degree of case work in the Internet, amount of work content has the most powerful influence. (2) In all the factors which affect the using degree of group work in the Internet, cognitive toward Performance of the Internet attitudes has the most powerful influence. (3) In all the factors which affect the using degree of searching information and advocacy, only the atonomous learning of the Internet attitudes has the most powerful influence. This research is according to the results ,it gives some suggestion to practice field and education field in order to offer social workers who helps teenagers a straight way to apply the Internet service to social work. We are looking forward to promoting the utilization viii rate of social workers who serve teenagers using the Internet.
