兄弟象球團的經營策略分析

摘要

本篇論文主要在討論兄弟象球團的經營策略分析，討論何以在數個球團中，兄弟象可以成為第一個及少數賺錢的球團，並利用研究分析工具—SWOT分析等理論進行文獻整理和探討。本篇論文一共分為五個章節，第一章為緒論主要為研究背景的介紹，第二章為相關文獻探討主要為兄弟球團的簡介，以及經營策略有關的文獻探討，第三章則為研究方法，第四章研究結果與分析，包括兄弟象球團的現況，以及利用SWOT方法來進行分析，以因應黑象事件後的經營策略，最後第五章為研究結論及建議。
兄弟象球隊是單一事業體經營，加上經營者的「利他性」理念，該球隊未來的經營走向，勢必以財務上的開源為主力。本研究的建議可以從兩方面來著手; 一是產業結構面，應加速職棒聯盟的獨立運作，及落實二軍制度，球員及教練的技術培養，畢竟精采的球賽自然會吸引球迷，以及加深主場經營提供更完善觀球服務來建立更多球迷。而在經營策略面上，可以從擴大規劃如更完善的球星規劃，球探制度等下手，政府也應制定運動產業的相關法令，以建立制度，最後，面對黑道勢力，唯有司法的強力介入，及球員教練的自律才有可能治本。

This paper mainly discussed the baseball team “Brother Elephants” in their business strategy analysis and discussion of why the “Brother Elephants” can be the first and one of few pellets to make money. We used the analytical tools-SWOT to analysis those related theory of literatures and discussion. This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is introduction of the main background for this study, the second chapter is a brief introduction of “Brother Elephants” and the literature review of related business strategy, Chapter III, research methods, and the fourth chapter is the analysis result, including the current situation of “Brother Elephants” and analyze by SWOT to make business strategy after the scandal of CPBL. The last chapter is conclusions and recommendations of this work.
As the “Brother Elephants” baseball team is operating by a single business unit, consider the concept of "altruistic", the future business trend of this team is focusing on financial. The recommendations of this study can proceed in two ways; one side of industrial structure, accelerate the leagues into independent, and the implementation of minor league, improve technology for players and coaches, after all, exciting game will naturally attract fans, furthermore, provide better service at home to create more fans. In the business strategy side, you can expand the global view for business, such as the all star players and scouting system. The government should also develop the sports industry-related laws, to establish a system. Finally, face to the underworld forces, only the strong judicial intervention with all players and coaches got to self-respect themselves then solve this problem could be possible.
