台灣地區大專女子壘球選手比賽中壓力來源因應策略之研究

摘要


本研究目的旨在探討我國大專優秀女子壘球選手,比賽中壓力來源及因應比賽壓力的方法、策略及其成效。透過深入訪談法,記錄選手們比賽前與比賽中的經歷與體驗而進行問題的探討。本研究以實際參加第三屆全國女子壘球超級聯賽之大專優秀女子壘球選手做為研究對象。研究所得資料經分析及歸類探討後發現:我國優秀女子壘球選手比賽前的壓力來源主要是自己的狀況無法調整到最佳狀態及巔峰、賽事的重要性(國手選拔);比賽中的壓力來源主要有裁判的判決、對手表現超水準與自己表現不理想。而選手在面臨壓力時所採取的因應策略主要有自我對話、深呼吸、正面思考等因應策略。大多數受訪者都不滿意教練在心理技能訓練的角色扮演。因此,提供有系統、有方法的心理技能訓練課程確實是訓練上不可或缺的成功關鍵。

The Purpose of this research is to explore the pressure of the outstanding women softball players in our Junior College during the games, and also the methods, tactics and results to it. By doing interview in depth, and recording the experiences between warm-ups and games to discuss the issues. The objects of this research are the outstanding Junior College players who literally attended the third annual National Women Softball Premier League. The information that was collected went through the analysis and classification, and then was figured out: Before the games, the main reason of the stress from the outstanding women softball players is that self-condition can’t be adjusted to the peak, and to the importance of the game (national player selection); during the games, the main reasons of the stress are the judgment of the umpire, the performance of the opponent is better than usual, but the self-performance is worse. The players who face this stress adopt the ways such as, self-conversation, take a deep breath, or think positively. Most of the players who are interviewed are not satisfied with the role of the coach to train their psychological abilities. Therefore, providing a training class of psychological ability with a system is truly an indispensable key to success.
