臺北市公立國中學生參與晨(課)間運動態度與規律運動行為之相關研究

摘要


本研究目的在瞭解臺北市公立國中學生參與晨(課)運動態度與規律運動現況,比較不同背景變項學生間的差異,並探討參與晨(課)運動態度與規律運動行為間的相關情形。對象為臺北市公立國中學生,以自編「臺北市國中學生參與晨(課)間運動態度與規律運動行為調查問卷」為研究工具。依臺北市12個行政區域採分層叢集抽樣,發放問卷1,028份,回收有效問卷905份,回收率88.03%。所得資料以SPSS for Windows 18.0版套裝軟體進行描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費法事後檢定、卡方檢定及皮爾森積差相關等統計分析,顯著水準訂在α=.05。所得結果歸納如下: 一、學生參與晨(課)間運動態度,以「認知態度」最高、「行動意向」次之、「情意態度」最低;不同性別、實施次數、實施時間及實施球類時,學生參與晨(課)間運動態度,在「整體態度」及各構面得分差異皆達顯著水準,男生優於女生、參與者優於未參與者、實施20分鐘以上優於實施5分鐘以下、參與健身類及球類者優於未參與者。 二、運動參與頻率以每週平均2天、累積31-90分鐘、參與中等強度者最多、符合規律運動行為達33.8%;不同年級、性別、實施次數、實施時間及實施健身類時,學生規律運動行為差異達顯著水準,7年級>8年級>9年級、男生優於女生、實施3次以上、時間達20分鐘以上規律運動比率最高、參與健身類及球類運動者高於參與健身操類者。 三、臺北市公立國中學生「參與晨(課)間運動態度」與「規律運動行為」各構面間皆達顯著水準呈正相關。

This research aims at understanding students’ attitudes toward morning exercise and regular exercise behavior in Taipei municipal junior high schools, and so as to explore and compare the differences and relevant circumstances of the various attitudes and behavior among different backgrounds of students. The study applied the stratified cluster sampling method to collect survey data from 1028 municipal junior high school students in Taipei (with 88.03% valid return rate). The research tool was the questionnaire designed by the researcher. The obtained material was analyzed with the following methods: descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s method, Pearson chi-square test and Pearson’s correlation. The significant level was α.05. The main findings were summarized as follows: 1.Among the students’ attitudes toward morning exercise, the rating order is “cognitive attitude”, “intention in action” and “affective attitude.” Boys are better than girls and the participants are better than non-participants. Furthermore, the attitude of those who do mornings exercise more than 20 minutes are better than those who do morning exercise less than five minutes. And the participants in fitness and sports are better than non-participants. 2.The highest exercise participation frequency is 2 days a week in average, cumulative 31-90 minutes, and participating in medium strength, which meet the regular exercise behavior up to 33.8%. The seventh graders are the best while the ninth graders are the worst. Boys are better than girls. The frequency of doing morning exercise over 3 times and more than 20 minutes is the highest. And the participants in fitness and sports are better than those in gymnastics. 3.There is a significant correlation between the attitude toward morning exercise participation and the regular exercise behavior of the students in Taipei municipal junior high schools.
