以模糊層級分析法評選技藝競賽美顏職種之選手

摘要


全國高級中等學校學生技藝競賽共分五大類,其中家事類科的美顏職種為本研究的對象。因「美」的定義因人而異,所以在傳統美顏選手的評選方式多較為主觀性,故本研究旨在將此主觀性改採較客觀性的模糊層級分析法方式來評選選手,同時建立評選美顏職種選手之重要層級指標項目。其研究方法先經由文獻蒐集分析、專家問卷調查等方向,建立美顏競賽選手評選之層級指標及權重,且通過一致性C.I.值考驗,以作為往後遴選選手之參考,日後更可作為改善遴選模式主觀性缺失的依據。結論得到的評選項目為:個人特質、學科能力、彩妝技巧及紙圖技能四大層級,其下一層級又細分為十五個指標。經研究結果證實,選手評選項目中最重要的是彩妝技巧,學科能力則較不重要。由此得知彩妝技巧的優劣實為美顏職種選手最重要的核心能力。

The Senior High School Students Nationwide Skills Competition covers five categories. Beauty in the domestic science category is the primary focus of this study. The definition of beauty varies and the concepts of aesthetics can hardly be quantified. Therefore, traditionally beauty competitors are evaluated and selected by subjective standards. In view of this, the study aims to replace subjective standards with the more objective Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to evaluate and select competitors. In the mean time, it aims to establish critical hierarchical index items to evaluate and select beauty competitors. Through literature review and questionnaire survey to experts, hierarchical index and weight have been set up for the evaluation and selection of beauty competitors. Besides, the consistency C.I. value test has been adopted. The results can not only be a reference for future competitor selection but also serve as a basis for future improvement in the flaws of subjectivity of traditional selection model. From the conclusion, items for evaluation and selection are individual traits, academic ability, make-up skill and paper chart skill. The subordinate hierarchy is further divided into 15 indexes. It has been testified by the research results that the make-up skill is the important one among all of the items for evaluation and selection of competitors. Academic ability is relative less important. In conclusion, make-up skill is the most important core ability for beauty competitors.
