本研究主要是針對職場員工,以改變其體重控制信念和飲食運動自我效能為訴求的體重管理計畫進行介入後,探討職場員工的BMI、腰圍、體脂肪、體重控制信念、飲食運動自我效能、飲食行為和身體活動量的立即成效和延宕效果。 本研究為準實驗設計,立意取樣以宜蘭某醫院的職場員工實驗組和對照組各60人為研究對象。經實驗介入,資料回收扣除流失樣本,共得實驗組為37人,對照組為41人,合計共78人為有效樣本。實驗組實施研究者設計之八週體重管理計畫介入,而對照組則未接受。 經由體重管理計畫介入,在控制前測得分後,在體重控制信念變項中,實驗組在後測、後後測得分顯著比對照組低;在飲食運動自我效能變項中,實驗組在後測、後後測得分顯著比對照組高;在飲食行為變項中,實驗組在後測、後後測得分顯著比對照組低;在身體活動量變項中,實驗組在後測、後後測顯著比對照組高;在BMI變項中,實驗組在後測、後後測顯著比對照組低;在腰圍變項中,實驗組在後測、後後測顯著比對照組低,顯示研究者所設計的體重管理計畫介入有良好立即成效及延宕效果。 本研究發現,以增進體重控制信念和飲食運動自我效能的體重管理計畫,能使員工有效成功減重,並且不復胖,未來可再進行後續追蹤,觀察體重維持的成效。
This study was dedicated to design a weight management program intervention to change weight control beliefs and diet and exercise self-efficacy on workplace staff.And the immediate effect and delayed effects of the Body Mass Index(BMI), waistline, body fat, weight control beliefs, diet and exercise self-efficacy, dietary behaviors and physical activity. The Quasi-experimental design was adopted in our experiment, which took the Ilan workplace staff as determined samples.After intervention and data recovery, the total number of sample was 78, which was composed of experimental group 37 and control group 41.The staff in the experimental group attend the course of researcher design weight management program lasting 8 week, and the control group was no at meantime. After the intervention of the weight management program, To control pretest, the score of experimental group is significantly lower than control group on posttest and post-post-test in weight control belief variables.The score of experimental group is significantly higher than control group on posttest and post-post-test in diet and exercise self-efficacy variables.The score of experimental group is significantly lower than control group on posttest and post-post-test in diet behavior variables.The score of experimental group is significantly higher than control group on posttest and post-post-test in physical activity variables.The experimental group is significantly lower than control group on posttest and post-post-test in BMI variables.The experimental group is significantly lower than control group on posttest and post-post-test in Waistline variables. In summary, it might effectively raise weight control beliefs, self-efficacy and enable staff to successful weight loss and no weight regain. In the future can follow-up to observe the effectiveness of weight maintenance.
