中國五行意象之圖案紋飾創作研究

摘要


中國五行之表現方法自古以來就有許多種,從以象形圖案、靈獸、形狀、數字、顏色等表現手法,大量運用於華人文化區的日常生活中。今日隨著全球化(Globalization)無國界之時代到來,各國都朝向將自身文化加以創新或造形化、符碼化,以方便將其文化特色形成一種更方便運用於產業的文化資產。本研究即是以重覆性造形圖案紋飾構成分析研究,進而運用於中國五行意象圖案紋飾造形開發來論述、創作及探討,面對五行文化運用於圖案紋飾造形以及相關之附加產品開發、展覽空間設計或是其它媒介時,該如何以較清楚且富含五行意象並配合設計相關原理之手法展現,即是本次研究以及作品創作之目標。 本論透過相關文獻資料的收集,探討重複性(Repetition)造形原理之設計發展、相關歷史演進以及其邏輯規則面貌。尋求重複性造形創作運用之可能性,並透過相關分析研究,將重複性造形之組合方法進行分類,並運用於本次中國五行意象圖案紋飾創作與設計開發。 透過實際創作開發之印證,獲得中國五行傳統文化元素重新設計與結合的成果。有鑑於本次所呈現出重複性造型圖案紋飾構成之邏輯,並加以開拓展新的設計作品,將傳統文化與自然植物、生物相互接軌,並結合美學、設計、產業以及文化之案例,能夠豐富其設計元素,最終體現本研究之目標,並期望本次創作論述能在全球化無國界之時代中,將我國五行傳統文化加以創新運用於現今的文創產業,並為台灣帶來些許的文化資產。

Five phases of Chinese philosophy have been expressed in many ways since ancient time, such as pictographic patterns, sacred animals, forms, numbers and colors etc., which are abundantly used in the daily life of Chinese culture circle. With the coming of the time of globalization without boarders, all countries make efforts to innovate, formalize and symbolize their culture so that the characteristics of their culture assets can be used in industry more conveniently. This study explored the constitution of repetitive pictographic pattern design. Furthermore, through the development of the image patterns of five phases of Chinese philosophy, how to integrate the design principles and express the five phases in clearer way was elaborated, and studied when five phases are used in pattern design and related value-added products, space design of exhibition or other media. This is also the goal of this study and work creation. Through the collection of related literature, the principle of repetitive pattern design and development, the evolution of related history and its logics and principles were explored. The utilization possibilities of the repetitive pattern design were sought. Through related analysis and study, the combination methods of repetitive patterns were classified and used in the creation and development of the image patterns of five phases of Chinese philosophy. By the verification of practical creative development, results of re-design and re-combination of the five phases of Chinese philosophy were achieved. Based on the logics displayed by the repetitive pattern design, new designs were developed this time. The traditional culture was combined with natural plants, animals as well as aesthetics, design, industry and related cultural cases, the design elements were enriched, and finally the goal of this study was achieved. It is expected that this creation research can innovate the five phase of Chinese philosophy and be used in current cultural and creative industry, generating some culture assets for Taiwan in the time of globalization without borders.
