建構高職輪調式建教合作學生就業能力指標之研究

摘要


本研究旨在以質性及量化研究方法建構高職輪調式建教合作學生就業能力指標,首先從探討就業能力涵義及國內外相關研究開端,其次,深入瞭解建教合作相關理論基礎及目前實施現況,作為建構一套適切的高職輪調式建教合作學生就業能力評估指標內涵的基礎;繼以高職輪調式建教合作事業單位之觀點驗證就業能力指標內涵與分析就業能力指標權重,歸納研究發現,提出具體建議,俾供教育主管行政機關及高職學校規劃高職輪調式建教合作課程內涵依據,並作為評估高職輪調式建教合作辦理績效參考指標。根據統計結果,獲得具體結論如下: 一、就業能力主要定義及內涵,包括「職場核心能力」、「自我管理與發展能力」、「團隊合作能力」。 二、整體高職輪調式建教合作學生就業能力指標架構為「三級制就業能力指標」(three-level internationalization indicators),包含一級指標有3項,二級指標有12 項,三級指標則有57項。 三、高職輪調式建教合作學生就業能力指標之3項一級指標,依業界重視程度排序,分別為「自我管理與發展能力」、「團隊合作能力」、「職場核心能力」。 四、高職輪調式建教合作學生就業能力指標之12項二級指標,依其重要程度排序前5項為「與他人一起工作能力」、「正向積極的工作態度表現」、「負責任的行為表現」、「參與任務及計畫能力」、「溝通能力」。 五、高職輪調式建教合作學生就業能力指標之57個三級指標,業界專家認為最需培養的前10項就業能力為「遵守上下班相關規範」、「維持和諧的人際關係」、「支持團隊成員,全力達成任務」、「瞭解團隊工作目標」、「做事積極進取」、「尊重個別差異,接受領導」、「準時完成指派之任務」、「自信、誠實與剛正不阿」、「尊重職場專業倫理」、「尊重團隊成員的角色與任務」。

This study is purported to construct a number of employability indicators for vocational high school students on rotary cooperative education program. First of all, we discussed the implication of employability and relevant studies at home and abroad. Then, we probed deep into relevant theory basics of cooperative education programs and their current implementation status. This was to serve as a basis for constructing assessment indicators for employability of vocational high school students on rotary cooperative education program. Cooperative business units’ views of vocational high school rotary programs were used to verify the implication of employability and analyze weights of employability. Research results were summarized to provide suggestions for reference of educational governing and administrative agencies and vocational high schools for planning vocational high school rotary cooperative education programs. Moreover, they would serve as a reference for assessing vocational high school rotary cooperative performance. Statistical results came to the following conclusions: 1. Main definitions and implications of employability include “core abilities of workplace, self management and development ability, teamwork ability”. 2. Entire indicator framework of vocational high school cooperative student employability includes 3 items on level 1 indicators, 12 items on level 2 indicators, 57 items on level 3 indicators. 3. Entire indicator framework of vocational high school cooperative student employability includes 3 items on level 1 indicators of vocational high school rotary cooperative student employability indicators, in sequence of value level by the industry, are “self management and development ability”, “teamwork ability”, “workplace core abilities”. 4. Entire indicator framework of vocational high school cooperative student employability includes 12 items of level 2 indicators, in sequence of level of importance, are “ability to work with other people”, “positive and aggressive work attitude performance”, “behavior and performance of responsibility”, “ability to participate in missions and plans”, “ability to communicate”. 5. Entire indicator framework of vocational high school cooperative student employability includes 57 items of level 3 indictors, of which top 10 employabilities need to be cultivated in experts’ view are “observe work related regulations”, “maintain a harmonious interpersonal relationship”, “support team members to accomplish missions”, “understand teamwork goals’, “active and aggressive”, “respect individual differences and accept leadership”, “accomplish designated missions on time”, “confidence, honesty, and integrity’, “respect workplace professional ethics”, “respect team members’ roles and missions”.
