臺北市國中特教教師知覺親師衝突與行政支持滿意度之研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解臺北市國中特教教師知覺親師衝突與行政支持滿意之間的關係,並據以提出結論與建議。 本研究採用問卷調查法,以自編之「臺北市國中特教教師知覺親師衝突現況及行政支持滿意度之調查問卷」為研究工具,對臺北市國中特教教師採隨機抽樣方式進行調查,有效問卷216份,問卷可用率達90%。分別以平均數、次數分配、百分比、t考驗、單因子變異數及皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法進行分析。 茲將本研究結論分別說明如下: 一、大部分的臺北市國中特教教師知覺親師衝突發生頻率不高。 二、臺北市國中特教教師在親師衝突方面,行政支持滿意度屬於「滿意」 三、臺北市國中特教教師知覺親師衝突現況,因「性別」、「任教特教年資」、「任教班別」、「任教學校規模」的不同而有顯著差異 四、臺北市國中特教教師知覺在親師衝突方面之行政支持滿意度,因「任教班別」的不同而有顯著差異 五、特教教師之親師衝突現況與行政支持滿意度之間呈現「低度負相關」 本研究最後進一步針對教育、學校行政單位、特教教師及未來研究分別提出建議。

The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between special education teacher’s perception of parent-teacher conflicts and the reception of school administrative support in the junior high school in Taipei City. Conclusions and suggestions would also be provided, accordingly. Questionnaire investigation was adopted. “A Questionnaire on the relationship between special education teacher’s perception of parent-teacher conflicts and the reception of school administrative support in the junior high school in Taipei City” was the study tool, and random sampling was used to investigate special education teachers of junior high school in Taipei City. There were 216 copies of valid questionnaire and the questionnaire efficiency was 90%. Statistical methods such as average, frequency distribution, percentage, t-test, one way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation were used for analysis respectively. The important findings of this study were explained as follows respectively: 1.Most of special education teachers perceive the frequency of parent-teacher conflict was low. 2.Special education teachers satisfy the administrative support from their schools. 3.The frequency of parent-teacher conflict were significant different in terms of “ gender”,“ years of special education service” and“size of the school served by the teacher ”. 4.Based on teaching different type of class, the satisfaction rate of the administrative support on parent-teacher conflict was varied. 5.Negative correlation of the frequency of parent-teacher conflict and the satisfaction rate of the administrative support was low. Finally, the recommendations for educational departments, educational administrative departments, special education teachers, and future studies were provided respectively.
