以傳播觀點探討農產品部落格行銷因素

摘要


部落格行銷對於現今網路經濟來說,是一項重要的行銷策略,也有許多案例證明部落格是一個新興的網路交易平台。部落格也說明了Web2.0時代下,互動、分享的概念已經慢慢成熟。我國農產品網路行銷託資訊科技高度發展及網際網路環境普及之福,在亞洲中屬於領先群,發展程度與南韓、新加坡、日本等相當。運用網際網路上包括文字、圖片、動畫或短片等多媒體資源,創作出具有特色的農產品行銷部落格,來增加消費者使用部落格的動機和購買意願。藉由部落格的功能與特色,加上以農產品為主題的設計搭配文字、圖片顯示農產品的成長過程與經驗分享,並且有效掌握影響部落格行銷的要素,必定能增加臺灣農產業者的經營績效和通路的開發。故本研究將擬定以下研究目的:瞭解部落格行銷與一般網站行銷之差別與特色、彙整相關文獻說明對於農產品部落格行銷之影響因素、探討農產品部落格行銷中,產品品牌與口碑、多媒體應用以及內容品質對於消費者購買意願的影響。透過次資料分析法與深度訪談法來進行本研究,以次級資料分析法分析臺灣農產品部落格行銷的現況與發展,再透過深度訪談法從農產品部落格版主、網路行銷專家以及經常使用農產品部落格之部落客等三個面向得知影響農產品部落格行銷的相關因素,經由三角對證後提出農產品部落格行銷的影響因素與具體建議,以期許對於現今農產品部落格之行銷有所助益,而對於尚未利用部落格行銷方式的農民業者則有一些評估的依據與建議。

Blog marketing is an important marketing strategy. Many cases are improved that blog is a new network trade platform. In Taiwan, produce network marketing is better than other countries, and developed as well as South Korea, Japan, and Singapore in Asia because of the high information technology. This study uses a lot of multimedia resource such as word, photograph, animation, and short film on the network to create special produce marketing blogs in order to increase the motive and purchase intention of blog’s users. This study adds the word and photograph in the content to share the experience and process of products with the function and specialty of the blog. Furthermore, this study also uses the skills of blog marketing effectively to help the entrepreneur reach their performance and expand the distribution. Thus, this study makes research to see the difference between blog marketing and general marketing, the influencing factor, product brand, word of mouth, multi-media application, and content quality for the consumer’s purchase intention. The main research methods of this study are in-depth interviews and secondary data analysis. This study analyzes present situation and development of Taiwan agriculture blog marketing, and also sees the relative factors how to affect agriculture marketing from the agriculture blogger, network marketing specialist and blogger who often use blog of produce by the research method of in-depth interview. Proposing the factors and suggestion of agriculture marketing blog to the entrepreneur by triangulation, this study hopes that would be benefit to present Taiwan’s agriculture and helps those agriculture entrepreneurs who haven’t use blog marketing yet.
