本研究之研究對象為初產婦,研究目的是探討產婦自我導向學習傾向對線上學習的影響以及線上人機介面設計影響產婦線上學習的因素。本研究主要是從學習的觀點評估此網站的內容與人機介面的合適性,並進而探討產婦線上學習行為。研究結果發現產婦的自我導向學習傾向影響線上學習的因素主要有以下幾點:1.產婦因為成人發展任務會改變其學習目標,學習目標傾向於與懷孕相關資訊。2.產婦會因其立即需求而形成重點學習,並決定其學習步調。3.產婦懷孕前的媒介使用習慣,如習慣書面閱讀或上網學習,會影響其懷孕期間學習方式的選擇。4.對學習需求不明確的產婦會以循序漸進的方式閱讀線上內容。 而在人機介面設計上影響產婦線上學習的原因主要有以下幾點:1.產婦對網站架設機構權威性(榮總),會提升產婦對線上資訊的信任度。2.以孕期週數依序列出課程,越能符合自身經驗,更容易與自身經驗作連結 本研究最終希望藉由研究成果讓相關之學習網站更加成熟,並將此學習模式推廣至其他科別病患,建立更佳之醫病關係。 關鍵字:線上學習、人機介面、學習行為、自我導向學習、產婦學習
Abstract The Internet and the advancement in computer technology have together changed people’s life and learning approaches. Consequently human behavior on e-learning has been claimed to increase the effectiveness, yet of learning it still relies on the program design to promote learning effectiveness. In order to enhance the efficiency for doctors to handle patiences at batter way, the Taipei Veterans General Hospital has established an e-learning platform for pregnant women to receive online education and relevant medical information during they are in pregnancy. Both content readability and the quality of man-machine interface of such an e-learning environment have assumedly influenced on online learning effectiveness. However, the learners with self-directed learning can assumedly affect the learning results. This study thus aimed at studying the behavior of learners’ at the Web site, in particular, the pregnant women’s learning behaviors will be analyzed. In terms of research method, the depth interview and portofolio assessment will be adopted. It is hoped that the research findings will help e-learning application for pregnant women and for e-learning designers to develop better e-learning platforms.
