本研究旨在探討高級中等學校輪調式建教班職場學習的實施現況,主要採取「問卷調查法」,以十二所高級中等學校機械科輪調式建教班的「行政人員及教師」、「學生家長」及「企業主管」為研究對象,進行問卷調查。共計出252份,回收214份問卷,總回收率85%。資料分析採用次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、單一樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析及雪費事後比較分析等統計方法。 本研究主要發現為: 壹、 校內職前基礎訓練實習有助於學生職場學習。 貳、 學校安排補充訓練有助於學生職場學習。 參、 學生參加職場學習能增進為人處事能力。 肆、 政府應獎勵建教合作績優事業單位。 根據上述主要發現,本研究之結論如下: 推動高級中等學校社區化,學校與社區之事業單位建立良好關係,透過職場學習,辦理課程區域合作,進行社區資源整合,可以幫助學生認識並適應職場環境,發掘其性向、興趣與能力。 根據上述研究發現,分別對「教育主管機關」、「學校」、「學生家長」、「企業主管」及「後續研究」提出具體建議。
The purpose of this study was to explore the current status for cyclical cooperative education program students’ vocational field learning in high school. This study adopts “questionnaire survey”, which chooses the “administrative personnel and coaching teachers”, “students’ parents” and “enterprises’ director” of mechanical cyclical cooperative education classes in the 12 vocational high schools that implemented vocational field learning as the subjects, while responses the questionnaire survey, with 252 surveys mailed, 214 of which returned, and 85% being the rate of valid sampling. The statistic analyses were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, sorting, one sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’ Post Hoc multiple comparisons. The major findings of this study : 1. Basic on-campus vocational trainings help students to enhance their learning efficiency in the on-job environment. 2. Supplementary classes arranged by schools are beneficial for students to learn in the occupational field. 3. Apprenticeship can improve students’ job competency and human interpersonal ability. 4. The government should encourage/give incentive to schools and companies who provide cooperative education. Key conclusions finds from the report: Encourage interactions between a high school and its community through establishing a good relationship with enterprises’ department in the community where the school is located. Integrate community resources through apprenticeship and class activities, which will also be beneficial for students adapted to on-job environment and discover their aptitudes, interests and capabilities. According to the research hereinbefore, the study raised the concrete suggestions to “educational institutions”, “schools”, “students’ parents”, “enterprises’ director” and “follow-up research” individually.
