技能檢定對綜合高中電子技術學程教學影響之研究

摘要


摘 要 本研究旨在瞭解技能檢定對綜合高中電子技術學程教學之影響,並探討不同背景變項在各影響層面之差異性。以有辦理電子技術學程之綜合高中29所學校為樣本,每校實際參與電子技術學程技能檢定輔導或授課之教師七名,以研究者自編之調查問卷為研究工具,總計有效問卷173份,經由統計分析獲致下列結論: 一、綜合高中電子技術學程實施在校生技能檢定之現況,在學校課程與檢定規範方面的相關性不夠高,但本活動已受到學校、教師、學生、家長的肯定與支持。 二、綜合高中電子技術學程實施在校生技能檢定對學習之影響,良性層面居多。 三、綜合高中電子技術學程實施在校生技能檢定有助於實習課程之教學,可協助達成電子技術學程教學目標。 四、綜合高中電子技術學程在校生技能檢定對「教學內容」之影響,公私立學校課程類別的差異值得重視。 五、整體而言,對在校生技能檢定,學校行政、教師、學生、家長均持肯定的評價,為企業界之認同尚待努力。 依據以上結論,本研究對綜合高中電子技術學程實施在校生技能檢定之建議如下: 一、肯定實施在校生技能檢定功能,持續推動綜合高中電子技術學程實施在校生技能檢定,以落實證照制度。 二、適時檢討修訂綜合高中、高職課程與技能檢定規範,以因應工業科技之進步。 三、重視公私立綜合高中差異性,加強宣導避免影響綜合高中正常化。著手規畫開設技能選修課程,以避免檢定影響教學。 四、企業界的評價不高,為今後努力改進的目標。 關鍵詞:綜合高中、電子技術學程、在校生技能檢定、證照制度。

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to understand how the skill test held specifically for the students in high school electronic departments in comprehensive schools in Taiwan influences teaching in such departments and to examine the significance of those influences in terms of various background variables. Twenty-nine comprehensive schools, each of which has an electronics department, were used as samples. In each school, seven teachers who are in charge of instruction and preparation for the skill test served as informants and were asked to answer the questionnaires designed by the researcher. One hundred and seventy-three valid questionnaires were collected. Through statistical analyses, the following conclusions were obtained: 1. A full investigation of the current implementation of the skill test for students in electronics departments in comprehensive schools shows that the school curriculum design has little relation to the skill test; yet, it wins support from the schools, teachers, students and their parents. 2. The implementation of the skill test has a positive effect on the study of the students in electronics departments in comprehensive schools. 3. The implementation of the skill test facilitates the teaching and helps the teachers achieve their teaching goals in the electronics departments in comprehensive schools. 4. The significant difference between the influences of the skill test on the course content in private and public school is worthy of noting 5. As a whole, the implementation of the skill test has gained credits from the school administration, teachers, students and their parents, but it has not yet been accepted by enterprises. In accordance with the above conclusions, the following suggestions are given: 1. In view of the positive effects the skill test has on the teaching in the electronics departments in comprehensive schools, more students should be encouraged to take the skill test and, as a result, a licensing system will be formed. 2. The standards for the skill test and the curriculum design in both vocational and comprehensive schools should be reviewed and amended regularly to make sure they are accommodated to the change and progress in industrial science and technology. 3. The difference in course content between private and public comprehensive schools should be taken into consideration. Moreover, more optional skill training courses should be designed and opened for the students whilst extra caution should be taken to beat any possible negative effects the skill test has on the teaching. 4. In view of the little credit for the skill test from the enterprises, more efforts should be put into the amendment of the skill test and the curriculum design.
