一個團體領導者的自我敘說

A Group leader’s learning story

摘要

本文以自傳式研究法撰寫記錄研究者自身學習成為一位團體領導者的歷程，企圖以個人的學習經驗分享給對團體諮商有興趣的同伴，並從個人的探索中，整理出有助於團體領導者養成的學習歷程。

本研究中呈現成為一位團體領導者慢慢地跟著課程以及實習的腳步，漸漸成為一位團體領導者的學習歷程。研究中清楚描述所經歷過的學習內容，也深刻反映學習過程中曾面臨到的困境以及想辦法突破的因應之道。整個學習以循序漸進的方式累積實務經驗，學習者從參與團體、觀察團體、與協同領導者合作、以及獨立帶領團體的經驗，透過不斷接受督導以及使用客觀錄影帶回饋，修正自己的口語與非口語行為；而督導的指導、示範與態度對於學習者幫助非常大，錄影工具的運用也可以讓督導回饋的訊息更多元，輔助自我觀察，以培養未來自我督導檢核的能力仔細的紀錄。

最後研究者對本研究進行討論與，並根據自身的學習經驗提出未來團體領導者訓練的規劃以及未來研究的建議。

The purposes of this research, which is done in an autobiographical way, were to share my experiences with those that are interested in becoming a group leader, and furthermore point out some ideas that would be constructive during being trained as a group leader.
This research clearly showed the learning progress of how a beginner followed the training courses and afterwards practice actively, and gradually become a skillful leader. It also showed the ways for the learners to cope with the difficulties and frustrations during the learning process. The training program progressed step by step to accumulate the experiences. Becoming a leader must play different roles throughout the process, from being a member, an observer, a co-leader and then becoming a competent leader. The research also pointed out that supervision would be important in being trained as a group leader.
Furthermore, recorded videos are very effective in promoting the professional capability.
At the end the researcher focused on discussing this research, and gave personal advices for further studying and projecting.
