新竹市虎林國小學生體適能分析研究

新竹市虎林國小學生體適能分析研究 94年6月 研 究 生:高子人 指導教授:許樹淵 摘要 隨著教育政策的改變,學校的體育課程已逐漸被壓縮,學生的體適能相對的受到影響,在許多測驗的數據上明顯有逐漸退步的現象,伴隨學生成長的是一些慢性疾病,諸如心血管疾病、高血壓、糖尿病與肥胖症等。因此,學校能夠建立一套完整的體適能資料,提供給校方、體育教師及教育主管單位,是極為迫切的問題。本研究主要目的是要比較不同學年度學生體適能的差異,透過教育部實施健康體適能測驗項目為研究方向,並以本校九十一與九十二學年度男生600人,女生600人,共1200人為研究對象,進行身高、體重、身體質量指數、八百公尺跑走、坐姿體前彎、仰臥起坐與立定跳遠等為測驗項目,以描述統計建立學生體適能測驗成績,將各測驗項目以二因子變異數分析(two-way ANOVA)來檢驗兩學年四、五、六年級學生體適能之差異,若差異達到顯著水準(p<.05),再進行事後比較。研究結果發現: 一、 男生:(一)身體質量指數:年級組的主要效果達顯著水準(P<.05);(二)八百公尺、坐姿體前彎、仰臥起坐及立定跳遠等項目,在年級組的主要效果均達顯著水準(P<.05),而交互作用效果也達顯著水準(P<.05)。 二、女生:(一)身體質量指數:年級組的主要效果達顯著水準(P<.05);(二)八百公尺、坐姿體前彎、仰臥起坐及立定跳遠等項目,在年級組的主要效果均達顯著水準(P<.05),而交互作用效果也達顯著水準(P<.05)。 關鍵詞:體適能

The condition will be influence on the physical fitness of purpils and decrease in data of many testing. It brings some of bad diseases such as heart disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and hyperbloodlipids during the growth of students. It is necessary to establish a complete data of physical fitness to provide school, and physical education teachers. This study to establish the data of physical fitness in my school and all the test items are according to the Department of Education in Taiwan. There are 1200 samples include the male of 600 persons and female of 600 persons in 2002 and 2003 semester. The test items comprise the weight, height, body mass index, 800m jogging, sit and reach, sit up and stand jumping etc. The data of physical fitness will be set from descriptive statistics. Using the way of two-way ANOVA, if the level is significantly(p<.05), we can use the posteriori comparisons method to compare again. The result will be found as below: 1. Male: The main effects of body mass index is going to be significance standard (p<.05). The main effect and interaction of 800m jogging are going to be significance standard (p<.05). The main effect and interaction of sit and reach are going to be significance standard (p<.05). The main effect and interaction of sit up are going to be significance standard (p<.05). The main effect and interaction of stand jumping are also going to be significance standard (p<.05). 2. Female: The main effects of body mass index is going to be significance standard (p<.05).
