摘要

本論文中結合了peer-to-peer系統及階層式多重描述編碼法則，以NS2建構了一個模擬多重視訊來源串流傳輸環境的平台。藉由階層式編碼法則，應用在階層式傳送，達到視訊串流服務品質動態調整的目的，以有限的頻寬達到最大的服務客戶數目，即為本論文的主要目標
