本研究旨在探討國中生的學習動機、影響學習因素與學業成就之間的關係。本研究將學習動機分為六個向量,而影響學習因素把它分為三個向度,十一種不同的因素。發展並修定「學習動機量表」、「影響學習的因素量表」、「影響學習的因素重要性調查問卷」作為研究工具,以桃園縣共3個班級111位國三學生為研究對象進行研究調查。主要研究發現如下:一個人的學習成就受到個別、環境、個別與環境交互作用的影響,但是,其中最重要的是學習動機,而要加強學生的學習動機,可以從自我效能下手。因此要增加學生的學習成就,首要工作就是讓學生的學習動機改變。而同儕之間的競爭關係,反而對於學習動機沒有幫助,甚至可能導致反效果。而同儕之間的合作學習在眾多因素中排名二、三名,教師可以在教學時,多加利用合作學習,讓學生之間多一些互動的機會,增加學習動機之後,學業成就自然也會改善。
The purpose of this study is to probe into the correlations between the learning motivation of junior-high school student , factor of influence relation to study and study achievement. This study divides learning motivation into six vector quantities , and factor of influence relation to study divide it into three degree, 11 different factors. Develop and revise ' the Quantity form of the learning motivation ' , ' the Quantity form of factor of influence relation to study ' ,'the questionnaire of the importance of factor of influence relation to study ' as studying tools, it amounts to 111 students of 3 classes in Tao-yuan county to carry on the research investigation for the research object. The Main Discover as follows :A person's study achievement receives the influence of specific factor , environment factor ,and specific and environmental reciprocation , however, the most important factor among them is learning motivation , and we can start from self- Efficacy to strengthen students' learning motivation. If we want to increase students' study achievement, our primary work is to let students' learning motivation change. The Competition relation of the same generation, have no help to learning motivation instead, even may cause against the result .The cooperative study between the same generation ranks two and three among numerous factors.The teacher can teach through cooperation while teaching, Let more interdynamic chance under student, after increasing learning motivation, the achievement of study will improve.
